Ingredients -
Paneer Cubes - 250 gm
Ghee - 2-3 tbsp
Ghee Roast Masala -
Sabut Dhaniya - 1 tbsp
Sabut Jeera - ½ tbsp
Saunf - ½ tbsp
Sabut kali Mirch - 1 tsp
Cloves - 4
Methi Dana -1/8 tsp
Kasuri methi - ¼ tsp
Kashmiri Sabut Lal Mirch - 3
Sabut Lal Mirch - 4
Chapped Garlic - 8-10
Chopped Ginger - ½ inch
Soaked Imli - 2 tbsp
Other Ingredients -
Chopped Onion - ¼ cup
Curry Patta - 8-10
Salt - ¼ tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Curd - 50 gm
