@@EdgeRunnerNull There is a bug they never fixed afaik that closed off several types of weather transitions. You can fix this with mods, but personally I like to play with the non-stop rain mod. :)

This game is an absolute masterpiece. Only thing I wished for was a longer prologue about our back stories before we met Jackie. I'm saying more missions when we used to be corpo, possibly going to other high rises, listening in on meetings and selling information to the black market etc. Lol
Yeah basically all the stuff you see in the video montage should be playable missions, and also specific to your lifepath. I was disappointed to learn that's not going to be in a DLC.
I honestly wish it rained more often in Cyberpunk 2077. It gives me Blade Runner vibes and I love it. The ambience and atmosphere, in Night City, is so good.
I like to take the Maipai or the Rayfield Caliburn out when it rains because the windows are so big that you can look up and watch the rain falling. This game is so peaceful when it rains.
The Quadra Turbo-R V-Tech is really good actually. I also have the Caliburn and Cthulu, but V-Tech, that's where we draw the line. Though I do also prefer Caliburn over any car.

The best gigs, joy-toys, gear and clothing aren’t something you drool over anymore from a distance; but a quick delamain ride away. However life of a merc isn’t all you dreamt about the last gig being a prime example. Got a call about a brain dance featuring an kid being tortured by gang goons and being sold for fast eddies by a local snuff dealer. Easy fix; Take the tape and serve up some street justice with your fists as usual right? Wrong, turns out our local dealer isn’t some street punk on a corner but a finely tuned biz pumping out thousands of similar experiences to night city psychopaths for years now. You find the studio; Making your way inside you spare most of the maelstrom thugs you guarding the building thinking you may as well save the violence for the asshole running the operation. You get to the editing room and don’t find some chromed out borg fuck but some middle aged scumbag who’s brought his teenage son in on the action. both editing the brain dances and pushing them while “claiming” to have no idea who the source is. In your anger you cave the fathers skull in with a forceful blow after taking the tape. His son pleads for his life and forgiveness as you turned to him. Regaining your composure and realizing he’s just a kid you turn around and leave somehow feeling more defeated then you have in years. Not sure what had you shook more the snuff film of a child being sold, killing a father in front of his teenage son, or just the psychological toll from all the shit you’ve witnessed in this line of work. Driving back to your penthouse you notice the rain; actually seems nice. Been a long time since you’ve just sat and watched it. You pull over to take a moment. The moment becomes hours and you keep asking yourself “Is this really the life I want?”

A basic weather mod is an honest must. Have a look at the weather mods on nexus mods very good

@jayjay14707It has for me a few times during night time when i played it. One time it suddenly turned into a sandstorm and it was insane!
Despite the bugs and performance issue, they really nailed the ambience in this game.
Very Immersive.
A lot of times I’ll pull over and go to first person and just enjoy the ambience no matter where I’m at.
