Hi Pete after watching this I got myself 201’s and OMG. I had Mizuno mp15 irons before and struggled with them but the 201’s to me feel softer and so much more workability. My hcp is 11 and was averaging about 86 per round . With the 201’s my average is down to 79 on a par 71 course after 8 rounds thanks Pete.👍🏴🏴
Hi Pete, I am using the 201s since may, they are perfect for me, they feel great and they have allowed me to lower my scores from mid 90s to mid 80s (with a lot of lessons and practice in between). I love that they are priced as they are and my experience with delivery was OK (they took a little longer to get to Chile than expected but not too much... (2 weeks later than expected))... before I was using the sim 2 Max Irons and the feel changes a lot.... forged is very different for me. Best of lucks with your channel and cheers from Chile.
I game the 201. I really love them. When I bought them, they didn't offer graphite shafts but even after reshafting them they're still a super bargain. I've become the ambassador for Takomo in the Philippines and convinced my brother and friends to buy them as well. Super golf clubs!
@@boswellwhanau I got the tour lite. They’re great but I needed lighter shafts so I changed them to matrix f15 program graphite shafts. Now they’re perfect. But my brother bought 101s recently and got the in house graphite shafts of takomo and they were great as well.
@@gaopronove4633 I am so torn at the moment. Ive a fitting at my club in a couple weeks (really like the Titliest T150's and TM p790's but I dont like their price!). So not sure whether to go with 201 (+2 upright and tour reg shafts) or the 301CB's. Just not sure which way to go. I am also from the Philippines and really interested to know more about the Takomos, specifically the 101's. How are they with the in-house graphite shafts, are they holding up? Massive congratulations on the 500k Pete. Your content is superb, and whilst I love a good iron review, I think your course play stuff is right up there. Keep it coming 💪
Takomo just came out with some new versions too, would love to see your review of those 101T and 301 irons! I can’t decide if I’d like the 101T or the 201’s better. The pun at the beginning was top notch
I have the 201’s. I’ve had Taylormade, Mizuno and Callaway’s. Takomo’s have been the best I’ve had by far. Had my first ever Ace and got down to single figures. Had them since may. Come down from 16 to 8. All good so far 👌looking at wedges next. Would love a review on them.🙏
A d2c enthusiast here. I have a set of Haywood's (MB/CB combo) and love them. Also play a d2c ball (Seed Sd-02). Handicap down from 18-12 this year so something about them is right! Only thing I did have to do was go get the lofts and lie checked on the irons once they arrived to match up for me.
Having watched numerous reviews from trusted sources I have been seriously considering buying a set. Your review has finally convinced me. Just ordered a set of 201 irons - cost including shipping $634 however VAT at 20% plus Import Duty is payable in UK so total cost is more than you think. Still great value compared to Mizuno irons.
I went with takomo back in June I bought the 101s, I went from Callaway RAZR X Irons and I can't be happier. Highly recommend.(also got them second hand still in the box for 500 Canadian)
Hi Pete, I bought the 201s earlier in the year, having started playing during lockdown I've managed to get handicap down to 14 and recently had my first sub 80 round...looking forward to seeing their new releases including driver ☺️....keep up the incredible work
Do you think they're worth it for an 8 handicapper? I have had the same set of Calloway cavity back irons for 10 years and I'm on the fence about buying these because what I read about blades is that they aren't very forgiving.
Having just viewed this video I think you were more consistent with the Takomo clubs. Appreciate these clubs are supplied direct but doesn’t just prove how over the top prices for golf equipment and apparel is!
I heard about takomo bc of GoodGood and I was in the market for new irons and was ready to pay upwards of a grand for them. But when I saw the 101’s I thought man those are really pretty game improvement irons for almost half the price. I’ve been playing with them for most of the summer and I’m in love with them. Can’t wait to work my way up to the 201 and 301 blades.
I have one of the Takomo Sunday bags and it is everything you'd want in a Sunday bag and more. The only reason I haven't tried the clubs yet is because I can't put my hands on them and try them before I buy them. I just can't bring myself to have them shipped to Canada sight unseen and having never so much as even taken a practice swing with one.
Sub70 is definitely worth a look. DTC but you can go get custom fit (in Hereford if you live in the UK). Customer service is 2nd to none and the clubs, from putter through to driver are brilliant. The TAIII are standout though.
Three weeks ago I ordered the Takomo 101T irons which are the 101 with less offset and a tad more lofted. 101 PW is 44 defrees, 101T PW is 46 degrees. I selected the KBS Tour regular shafts. Takomo let’s you customize by lie angle, shaft length, a wider selection of shafts. You also at a much reduced price order only the heads and put your own shaft on. My purchase came after reviews videos here on TH-cam. The price sold me. What would be even better is if they had bounce and grind specs on their wedges. Also need to sell a branded cart bag. A branded bag would be huge for advertising.
Hey Pete, they released new model, iron 101T. And the lofts, size, and tech seems similar to P770. Would you be able to review that when you could, please?? Thanks!!
I'm in the market for new irons.. One question you didn't answer (or ask even) - are the "big boys" really worth an extra £1k for like-for-like clubs? I'm very tempted by Takomo and also Sub-70. Both are direct to consumer and offer premium components. Brands like Caley need to keep up. The PXG 0211's were very reasonable too but the new irons are a little more expensive. Although if recent performance is anything to go by, wait a little while and there'll be 50% off bringing them back in line with the Takomo. But they offer in-person fitting too! Even at the super-discounted price
Hi Mo, you're comparing apples with oranges. Yes, we're both DTC golf brands but the similarities end there. We have a different mission and target market.
I'm currently playing some old Callaway's that were fitted for me over 10 years ago. I've lost speed since and I don't think I'm as upright as I used to be. So I'll be going to a local pro/fitter for a swing analysis, and then take that data to the Takoma website to customize a set of the 201s. My handicap is probably more suited for the 101s, but I really want the forged irons. Based on your review and others, I just can't justify paying $1K+ for a set of "brand" irons when these deliver the perform numbers you showed.
I just got the 101T’s. I ordered the 201’s back in March of 2022, was back ordered because of the CTaper shafts I wanted with them. Switched it up to the 101T’s after the release, finally got them in for Christmas and excited to hit them!
The Takomo irons looks nice. But I am playing the 223s and absolutely love them. Yes, they are expensive, but as I am only changing irons every 9-10 years its ok for me. Also had a great fitting for them, so all in all worth every penny.
Took a punt and bought the 201s last year after seeing some initial reviews. Got stung on import duty to the UK unfortunately but even then the price is still ridiculously low. Would definitely recommend for low-mid handicappers.
Hey! Do you mind if I ask how much you had to pay in import duty? I'm currently looking at buying them and am also in the UK so would be good to know up front
Just purchased the 902-OS irons myself from New Level Golf after demoing the 7 iron and getting fit for it. Same DTC as Takomo, and very similar price tag. The look of them is amazing, feel is on point, and the amount of customization that you can do sets them above Takomo for me.
What other irons are the 992-OS similar to. Not sure which new level model is best for me. Do t want anything to chunky but not ridiculously small either
When you started the reciew and i saw you doing a mizuno comparison I was really pleased as the Mizunos where what I was looking at. The Takomos have Made me have a re think. What were the shafts you used? What where they all like going through the bag? I never got a sense as to weather you would game them over the 223's. Also Peter a niggley one. If you insist on giving us prices in dollers(which makes no sense)tell your UK watchers the pound price is also.
Been playing for approximately 3 months. I picked up some 101s about a month ago and can’t speak enough praises about them. I’m sure these will last me well into my golf journey.
Howdy Pete, I picked up a set of Hogan PTx Pro irons and love them. I was able to specify lie angle, shaft and shaft length too. Comparable price with what you’re looking at with Takomo.
Hey Pete. I'm a little mad that my little brother found these 201s before I did, but I'm super happy with what they lead to for me....the Sub70 699 Pro irons. If you haven't seen or heard of them yet i recommend them (or any of the irons by Sub70 for that matter). Thanks for the great content!
I’m going to be buying these any day now! I just got fitted, but I’m still torn on the 201 or the 101t model. I honestly can’t tell the difference. Zero solid comparison anywhere online and zero customer service number to call.
I had decided that the 101Ts will be my next set of irons. I'm at the point that my mid-40s self is in need of the extra help with distance and I've been playing old DCi knock-offs for about 20 years. They play fine but I want a bit more distance and who doesn't want shiny new clubs?
Hi Peter great review of the 201, and I am about to purchase a set of Irons from Takomo, I am suck between the 101T and 201, I am a med HCI at 12. I know my spec which is 0.5 longer shaft with 1 degree upright. my swing speed AVG of 70 -75 as I am now in my mid 60s and cant produce fast speeds my bad shots tend to be on the toe. I am looking for a set that gives me distance and some forgiveness which set would you advise
Takomo just really comes down to that they offer very acceptable clubs to your average golfer who doesn’t want to spend the money on a big name brand. Honestly when I switched from my Nike CCI’s to my Taylormade P770’s, there was only a slight feel difference off the face. Aesthetics were different with the Taylormades but overall not much of a difference looking down on the club. I for one am excited to see what this brand does continuing forward, so far, a huge fan of it all.
I play the Mizuno JPX 900 forged and love them. I just can't see paying 1k or more if I need to replace them. I would definitely consider the Takomo irons. They look smart, perform and since I'm 6' and just need regular shafts fitting isn't really necessary for me.
I am very new to golf so I can't justify buying a brand-new set of clubs yet considering I have yet to break an honest 100. My used TaylorMade SLDR's will do for now. However, I was able to get my hands on used 52 degree and 56-degree Tacomo skyforger wedges, and they are fantastic. I haven't used them too much, but I find myself much more comfortable around the green during the two rounds I have played with them. Eventually I will give in and purchase a set of 101 irons.
I have seen you compare these clubs against the more expensive clubs and they really came out well. However, what I would also like to see is how they compare with other clubs, which are purchased through golf shops, which are at the same price point. Why should I choose these clubs over the other ones, which I could afford. I probably will not ever be able to afford the Mizuno's because of my income. But would these clubs be wise for a mid handicapper like me? I love your reviews and appreciate your teachings also. Thank you.
Takomos seem to be made out the same steel as Miuras. In comparision, I think Mizuno uses 1025 or 1025E. Played Mizunos for 15 years and now on Miuras. The Miura feel is more crispier than Mizunos, but both are really solid, when pureing the ball. On thin ones the S20C is a lot harder than 1025. Also the forging manner differs between those two significantly making the Miuras less hollow in feel. Miura feels more dense thru the clubhead where as Mizuno’s feel is more dense at the outer parts relative to the core of the clubhead and also the clubface ofcourse.
I have a set of 201s (with C-Tapers) and they are butter. I also have set of JPX Forged 921s (with KBS Tours) and a set of MP-32s (with C-Tapers). The 921s are a bit hotter and have less distance drop off on mis-hits, the MP-32s feel more solid and more precise. The 201s feel the softest and have a nice blend of workability and forgiveness.
Would love to see the 101T:s tested as well. What sort of handicap do you think could manage to play the different ranges from Takomo? Congratulations on 500K well deserved!
I’m right there with you! I just got fitted and I know I can’t handle a fully forged blade but at the same time I question if the 101t might be too forgiving, I’m torn between the 101t and 201. If I could just get in the phone with Takomo it would be problem solved but they don’t have a phone number and aren’t the best with email response 😢
In terms of Direct-to-Consumer clubs, would you ever consider component clubs (or clubheads)? There are some pretty good options available that are not "clones" of other brands. If not, why not??
Congrats on the 500k!! I bought a PXG (which I'm fairly certain is direct to consumer?!) - straight off the website last year, brand new driver for £200 quid - haven't looked back since. Very tempted to try these out
Hi Peter, would be great if you could do a 9 hole round with these clubs followed by a 9 holes with the Mizuno 223 you had here. They also have a driver in development they may let you test as well. It’s great watching you play and always feel you give an honest review and feedback. Hope you get to a million subscribers as you deserve it. Thanks.
I had (and still have a few) clubs from Gigagolf for a while. A friend has really nice ones from Haywood Golf as well. I'd love to see a review of those.
Congratulations on 500k Peter. Always enjoy your content. As an aside, I've played the Takomo 101's for a season now. They've replaced my Cobra F8 irons and I have 0 complaints. I'm a senior so I need a bit of help on distance and that's why I went with the 101's over the 201's. If people know their iron specs, I really don't think you can go wrong with Takomo. My irons were ordered with 1-degree upright. Cost 10 bucks to customize them. I'm very happy and I think I'm going to be playing these for a long time.
I have been playing Takomo irons since February and absolutely love them. Four other members at my club, two son’s and my best friend are now part of the Takomo family. JD
One thing people don't talk about with the price is Juniors, as a Dad with a young fella who is loving his golf and only been playing for 12mths, being at an affordable price to give him some good quality clubs is really appealing, he will grow and his swing will change, his specs will change, and his golf will change, so the options are to keep spending thousands on big name brands to help keep him competitive (which i cant afford), or buy something like these which are amazing for the prize and give him a nice shiney brand new set in his specs and watch his awesome face light up. Santa is bringing him a set of 101's for Chrissy this year with graphite Fujikuras regular flex, -1 on the lie angle. It makes it easier as a parent to give our children some good quality products at awesome prices, yes the big name brands are great and all, but not all of us can afford them, so I think Takomo are outstanding for what they are offering and as a dad who doesn't have heaps of cash, thanks Takomo for allowing me to give me son something he is going to love for an affordable price.
I've been playing the Takomo 101 irons this year (won them in a TH-cam promo from the company). Very solid irons. I get good distance and dispersion control from them. I'd recommend them to anyone who plays in the high 70s to mid 80s. If you know your numbers and preferences there is some good fitting information and options for shafts, grips, lie angle etc., on the website.
I know you've done a little bit of Haywood Golf stuff but would be interested to see your review and thoughts on the Haywood CB/MB. I'm playing the CB and absolutely love them. Keep up the awesome content
I've been using the 201s since April. I had custom fitting for mizuno pro 223 ironically. I took the shafts from that test and bought the 201 heads only and had a club maker make my irons. I have loved every bit of these 201s since I bought them. My last 10 rounds I have been in the 70s 4x and nothing above an 83 for the other 6 rounds not the fault of the irons. They are great sticks and I agree very comparable to the mizuno 223. I had been gaming mp18s previously. Think the switch was seamless. I am not huge fan of the topline on the Takomo but I have gotten used to them. Let's be honest everyone is esthetics really worth $800+ I say F no. Takomo 201 FTW.
@@bolecrink I'd say it is comparable to the Callaway Apex. But with squared off shape vs round. Honestly I got used to it in about 2 to 3 rounds. Now It just looks normal. I really like them alot. However you may want to consider Takomos new offering the 301 CB. I heard they fixes it with those and they are more players irons on looks and lofts as well.
I would love to get the 301s I just can't spend the money right now. Unless I hear something from someone saying they are more my style and I can buy the heads only I'll pop the 201s off my current irons and replace with 301s. I just can't see it right now.
I'm not sure if Sub70 ships to the UK, but I'd love to see those on a video. They seem to have a growing following on Twitter around club quality and what sounds like their customer experience
I'm not a scratch golfer, I'm a plus 12. I've always thought that irons were the one part of your bag you could always look for a deal. A 10 year old set with new grips is going to give you the same results as a new set in most cases. Maybe clean up the grooves as well. Just my opinion. But, I can't fathom paying 2k for new irons would improve my game at all, let alone 2k worth.
Brilliant video, Peter I think you should of done the gap test on the takomo irons. So 4 to pw and see if the gapping is good for people like us to decide. Not just about feel and forgiveness. Love to know the gapping and also the head weight itself are they light or heavy? I prefer to feel the head in my swing if that makes sense. Good video though was expecting one of them to hole 👏🏻
Swapped from old callaway diablos to 101’s early this summer and they have been delivering nicely, got my handicap finally closer to 10 than 20 and even the distance/forgiving irons feel amazing 👌🏽 on this pricepoint been very very good purhace ! Welcome to play to Finland anytime 😎
Loving the look of the Takomo clubs. The 101’s are some of my favourite looking irons I’ve seen in years. Classic and understated. Having been umming and arrghing about getting new irons (mainly new vs 2nd hand), I’m pretty sure I’ll pull the trigger on some of these in the not too distant future.
Very interesting a small Co. can compete with a giant like Mizuno.... well done. I just received my Mizuno 223's myself. But would have loved to side by side these two given the price point, it makes them a really appealing choice. Unfortunately that's a tuff ask when they are a DTC Co. In the end though.... even given the price, its hard to give up that brand status.
They’re upper-end direct to consumer clubs as far as price, but I have a feeling you’d fall in love with Ballistic Golf irons and wedges… just an idea for a club review in the future.
I just recently got a set of 201's and like them a lot. I am a techy and am always trying out different drivers, hybrids, fairway metals, irons, wedges, and putters. I have to admit that the 201's hold their own against any name brand iron for quite a bit less money. As an added bonus, I received them in less than a week. Hats off to Takomo for great R&D. They will be a force to reckon with in the future.
I've just come across this video today, the one point i think you've missed regarding pricing is that takomo, are not paying exorbitant fees to professionals to use their clubs, therefore keeping the price down. All the main brand's cost more because they're trying to recover some or all of the money they pay professionals to use their equipment.
They look really nice, but definitely have a chunky top line. Was lovely to bump in to you guys again on Thursday. Keep up the awesome work, another year another million subs, let's do it!
Congrats on the 500k, well deserved Pete. One thing with these new irons, and you’ve done the same as everyone else, and that’s missed the reference to them being almost identical to the ping i210’s. And instead you compare against a set of mizuno’s! I’m guessing the only reason these are even allowed is that ping have now discontinued the i210’s, however, no one is mentioning the resemblance and I can’t be the only one seeing it. I know the tech is a bit difference but visually they are almost a direct copy.
Good clubs and what a price point..!! You need to try the Orka's, am always shocked that the bigger golf Influencers like you, don't or won't try them. I have them and they're amazing.
Would these be good irons for an 11 handicap? I play the taylormade m2 irons and am looking to upgrade to forged clubs.

Sure I have tried these clubs, who hasn´t in Finland? 😁 Felt great but like You mentioned the "blockyness" have been a bit nono to me but despite of that these are one option to replace my current Mizuno MP-18 SC irons - that still works quite well to be honest. And Pete welcome to Finland - maybe next summer (?) to experience the round of golf under the midnight sun in northern Finland! 🤝
I was going to look at these as well but someone was selling the 2019 T300s for pretty cheap close to my house so I was able to get those with the AMT shafts I really dont care for the standard KBS tour shafts
Pete's banter is brilliant, no one does it better, I must confess I would go with takomo, they are a 3rd of the price of a set of Mazuno irons 😊 congratulations of passing 500k , love your swing Pete
I enjoyed your review. I received my 201's a week ago. Really beautiful irons. I have been playing Apex Pro 15's for several years and Tokomo took them out of the bag. They offer only Lamkin grips and almost every KBS shaft available. I'm very satisfied with them after 4 rounds. You can order all the Tokomo models shipped heads only, (cheaper). Then add your shaft and grip here, as well as any bending needed. Either way, they have the buttery soft feel on center strikes, and they promptly let you know when you missed. Currently no left handed versions available, but I hear that's changing soon. My order time to delivery (Ohio) was under 3 weeks. I highly recommend them.
@@kanointhephilippines8082 I got the standard KBS light, regular flex. KBS is the only shaft option in steel. They also offer the Atmos graphite shafts. KBS is a great shaft, but it does seem to be heavier and closer to stiff than regular.
@@riprock31 Thank you. I ordered the same shaft and waiting for arrival. No way to get fitted here in the Philippines. I'm like a kid at Christmas waiting. I hope the shaft fit is good for me. Play well and thanks again.

I really enjoyed the review. Interesting that they are so close to the 223’s. One thing though…. although Finland is a beautiful country, it is not a Scandinavian country as stated in the beginning of this review 😉

Switched it up to the 101T’s after the release, finally got them in for Christmas and excited to hit them!
how do you like them? and whats your handicap?
Great review Pete, please review the New Level CB’s. Steve Alker killing it on the seniors tour with them.
They play fine but I want a bit more distance and who doesn't want shiny new clubs?
just grabbed a set of 101t's myself! Looking forward to playing this season with them! They have been great so far with Virtual testing.
I would love to try a set of the more forgiving irons, to see how they compare to my cobra F9 speedbacks
Pete, please please test & review the PXG 0211st forged blade iron.
I take your word and the word of Rick over any manufacturer marketing. Well done as always.
Have the 201’s great clubs. Keeping my Mizuno’s in the garage at the moment. Lovely soft feel yet very forgiving on off centre hits.
Love that you are reviewing again, and this got me very excited! I will look these clubs up,
In terms of Direct-to-Consumer clubs, would you ever consider component clubs (or clubheads)?
There are some pretty good options available that are not "clones" of other brands. If not, why not??
Playing the 301 combo set and love them.
Hi! Are you still playing them? I am thinking about buying the 201
Congrats on the 500k!!
Thanks.
Hi Pete love when you make reviews on irons! Keep up the great work!
Takomo 201 FTW.
i’ve been looking at 201s but the top line is sometimes i’ve been worried about, what is it comparable to?
@@bolecrink I'd say it is comparable to the Callaway Apex. But with squared off shape vs round. Honestly I got used to it in about 2 to 3 rounds. Now It just looks normal. I really like them alot. However you may want to consider Takomos new offering the 301 CB. I heard they fixes it with those and they are more players irons on looks and lofts as well.
@@Fernczy yea i’ve been looking at the 301s as well, thanks for the info
@@bolecrink of you get the 301s keep me posted
I would love to get the 301s I just can't spend the money right now. Unless I hear something from someone saying they are more my style and I can buy the heads only I'll pop the 201s off my current irons and replace with 301s. I just can't see it right now.
Got the 101s, but sadly ended up in hospital the day they arrived... Looking forward to trying them out though.
Congrats on getting over the 500k mark. My favourite Channel on TH-cam. Keep all the content coming Pete and team.
Thanks pal
Very interesting a small Co. can compete with a giant like Mizuno.... well done. I just received my Mizuno 223's myself. But would have loved to side by side these two given the price point, it makes them a really appealing choice. Unfortunately that's a tuff ask when they are a DTC Co. In the end though.... even given the price, its hard to give up that brand status.
They’re upper-end direct to consumer clubs as far as price, but I have a feeling you’d fall in love with Ballistic Golf irons and wedges… just an idea for a club review in the future.
Using the 201s for about 9 months, they've helped me shave a couple of shots off my Handicap Index so for the cost I am delighted with them.
Tilata - I'll be giving their 101T's a hard look when I buy my next set of irons for sure.
Second year golfer needing Irons for next season… is this a good option or should I stick to going to a retailer and getting a “fitting”.
Another direct to consumer is Lazrus Golf. Wedges are very good irons I have not tried. They also have hybrids and a putter
Dad joke/pun to start a video.... brilliant! The most important question is can you order them direct with jumbo grips. 😆
No I’ll have to pop those on myself
I just recently got a set of 201's and like them a lot. I am a techy and am always trying out different drivers, hybrids, fairway metals, irons, wedges, and putters. I have to admit that the 201's hold their own against any name brand iron for quite a bit less money. As an added bonus, I received them in less than a week. Hats off to Takomo for great R&D. They will be a force to reckon with in the future.
Curious how your experience is after a year?
I’m thinking of getting a set of 201s
I think they are comparable to any higher priced clubs on the market. @@danielhudson4738
Hi Pete. It would be great if you could review the skyforger wedges from Takomo. I'm really keen on getting a set so a review would be awesome
But i230’s have been spotted on tour, so who knows if they’ll hang around
To be fair, I always felt like the Mizuno 223’s ripped off the i210’s in the first place
I feel like these (Takomo) are more like the Srixons...like an unreleased iteration somewhere between Z 565 and the (current) Z5
@@kwilj they look nothing like them. Look at a picture of these and the i210’s side by side. They’ve copied them almost directly.
Thanks for the great review, Pete. It’s an individual decision if the added feel and aesthetics are worth the additional price!
Hi Pete, Please consider reviewing other Takomo irons such as the 301 series and 101t?
Thanks from Australia :)
Would you recommend 201s or 101s for someone who is an 18 handicap that has more good days than bad with irons
Nice video Peter👍Look great value for money. Interesting if you could compare them to the Hogan offerings. Thanks Chris
I ordered mine before seeing this video, I've had them for 3 days and literally could not be happier. HIGHLY recommend.
Pete where did you get your trousers? Looking great mate I'd love to get myself a pair... good video btw
Good clubs and what a price point..!!
You need to try the Orka's, am always shocked that the bigger golf Influencers like you, don't or won't try them. I have them and they're amazing.
I was recently fit into Henry Griffits clubs in the US. I'm interested to see how you find these (pretty under-hyped) clubs
Tilata - I’ve been eyeing up the 101Ts since they announced them
I was going to look at these as well but someone was selling the 2019 T300s for pretty cheap close to my house so I was able to get those with the AMT shafts I really dont care for the standard KBS tour shafts
Pete's banter is brilliant, no one does it better, I must confess I would go with takomo, they are a 3rd of the price of a set of Mazuno irons 😊 congratulations of passing 500k , love your swing Pete
Great video. How did they compare to the Inesis 500/ 900 irons you tried last year?
Would you mind making a comparison of the Takomo 201 vs the Inesis 900 irons?
What shaft did you order and did it meet your expectations? Thanks.
@ Kano in the Philippines Thank you. I also have the 101s with the graphite shafts. Both sets are gorgeous and have great feel. Best of luck with yours!
I currently game the 101 irons and they really are great clubs to hit and also look great in the bag very simplistic looking
That was good review👏🏼👏🏼 you should come here(Finland) and test those irons on a finnish golf course😊👍🏻 i
I have had the 101 irons , and I love them . Sold my older Titlest irons on eBay and put a hundred US into my pocket
I really enjoyed the review. Interesting that they are so close to the 223’s. One thing though…. although Finland is a beautiful country, it is not a Scandinavian country as stated in the beginning of this review 😉
Tilata love the TH-cam video. I am searching for a new iron set (ladies) that are both forgiving/distance BUT also cost effective. This is helpful.
💪
Your club reviews are such useful content......good stuff.
Nice to see a comparison to mizuno.
Really like the look of these clubs. Seen a lot of good reviews. Just need to bite the bullet soon and buy.😃
Maltby golf clubs are good direct to consumer clubs. I've got a set of there wedges. They also have irons, woods, hybrids, and drivers
Congratulations on 500k subscribers! Very well deserved! You continue to produce top notch content and bring me a lot of joy watching your videos!
