I believe blackbird killed the Original owner by accident probably due to him always being #1 so out of gealousy and hate he hit his rear bumper most likely and he lost control due to being over 170+mph and probably deep down regrets killing him. Maybe not wanting to but still wrong actions led to a Legends Death. Maybe this time around with the New Owner he'll learn his lesson on taking a "L" and not being reckless with his emotions on the road. At the end what matters is safety drive fast yeah but be smart also..! Even with the Original Owner not having his actual keys is probably a Omen he was gonna die and his sister had a strange feeling and was too late. Sad yeah but at least he watches over her over the years so at least he's paying back somehow even though nobody knows the full truth what happened thT day..!

The devil z itself has it's owners switched due to its near-uncontrollable power of a 600 horsepower that it holds under the hood with the engine so beat up, besides its such-a-lightweight body, Hence entitled a devil. Late Akio for sure lost control by speeding too much in trying to maintain his lead from the blackbird, colliding on a barricade so hard it killed him on the spot.
