And I just learned that you were a barber and thats how you met your hubby. I'm a barber too!!!! So cool!!! Barber girls rule. Lol.

Hi Yovette! Oh it is such a shame the camera was not on to record the earlier part! I have had it happen where I am filming and then the camera shuts off due to low battery and I did not realize it. Oh so frustrating. Your tip #4 about keeping focus is key. Fantastic video, Yovette and stunning painting.

Aw, thank you Jase. It could have been a better video, but I guess this is how we learn, is by making mistakes and fixing them. Just trying not to make too many of them. Lol 🤣
I like the simple composition, but Id like to point out that it looks like the mountain is floating, the fog below it doesnt make too much sense, maybe if you connect the tree line in the middleground with the background using a little round brush, it will draw your eye into the middle (as you mentioned 1 of the mistakes is changing the eye focus). 1 more thing and I feel like I do this mistake all the time If I dont focus on it is that the mountain highlight looks way too similar to other paintings and by that I mean the shape of the mountain looks like a tigers claw. Id love to see you make a video of you doing a mountain (regardless if its a brush/pallete knife mountain) with different shapes and the land/cliffs flowing in different directions, instead of the standard "tigers claw" look.

Yes, I did cut it, and it works wonderful. For most people though, I would recommend buying a smaller different brand of brush since Bob does not make one. 🤣
