FRAMEWORK TO PREPARE FOR MENOPAUSE.....
1) Nutritious food & Strength training + Cardio exercise (as per capacity)
Use 1-2 gm per kg bodyweight for strength training.
2) Include protein, omega 3 fatty acids, fiber rich food.....also magnesium zinc calcium rich foods.
You could take them as supplements.
3) Avoid excess caffeine in your diet.
Avoid ultra processed food & alcohol. Avoid being active or passive smoking.
4) Hydrate yourself well as per your body type. WATER ONLY.
5) Take up a few hobbies or compulsory activites for yourself (that gives you peace & happiness)
Stop Depending on others for YOUR Happiness 😊
