Thank you so much for the video. Your tutorial was much more simpler and clearer than their paper instructions, online step by step instructions and video instructions. I know its pretty much simple and easy but I know in any type of car application it is imperative to be precise. I now feel more confident! How have these held up? I’ve seen another video where the WeatherTech brand doesn’t allow the window to close all the way up because the piece where the tape is is too thick. Was that the case with these?
Hello. You are absolutely correct, when first installing these my window wasn't going up all the way. I had to gradually let the window up while pulling on the Rainguard outwards so it would allow the window to slide up into place. You have to be patient, I also advice doing this BEFORE you tint ur windows it cant leave a streak in the tint if forced incorrectly. After about 3 Days it streched into place and i havent had an issue since then. Till now they hold up just fine.
