I’m very glad you saw my video and decided to comment on it, as I was fairly sure I was up s**t creek in my explaining there. Never saw them, I had tickets to see the Finn Brothers, even won a signed copy of their album from Norwegian tv where they appeared a couple of months before they were going to play. But then Paul Hester took his own life mere days before the Oslo show and it all got cancelled, so that was my one chance to have seen Tim Finn. Neil I’ve seen at the Domain in Sydney and with Crowded House twice in Oslo. He’s not returned up here with his new family firm and I’ve been a bit upset with him for letting Mark Hart go for his sons and old American producers. Thanks again mate, take care my china.
I did see Ghost Dog. Good film! I had no idea that there was a Ghost Dog CD. Morten really did a good job trying to describe the Spit Enz confusion. I am still confused but less so!
About time you gotta a sensible haircut like me. I have that Ghost Dog CD. Love the movie & that hip hop crap. It's very much influenced by Le Samouri the Melville film. Good to hear you're diggin' the 'Weed. When Lou Reed toured with his tai chi master it put me to sleep. Early Enz were great. Even when the Enz reformed in 2006 they were still really good live. Hey there cheeky chops!......I have over 20 years worth of drivers licence photos that prove my baldiness....this winter was the exception! We who have suffered through the sheer boredom of Lou know the true meaning of misery...oh yeah! After I played the WEEDS I started to hum an old 45 "Little Green Bag" by the George Baker Selection.......the GONGSTERS have "adapted" the original tune and heavied it up I reckon....plus of course I think we can agree on the meaning of what that little bag contained......Was I dreaming or did The BOMBERS actually win a game this last weekend?....tee hee
@@VagueRANT100 Like most people my age Little Green Bag (whatever could be in it?) was introduced to me at the start of Tarantino's Reservoir Dogs. I will have to do a comparison. I'm sure you're onto something though. You weren't dreaming mate you were in a coma because the f@#kin' Bombers crashed out before the finals even started last weekend. It's been 20 years since we've even won a final. Not the GF, but any final! I saw on the side of an ambulance recently "Essendon FC will win a final before we are offered a fair deal" That's bloody grim 😂
