- In this video we will see how to make baklava recipe in tamil. Baklava is a layered sweet recipe with thin, flaky puff pastry which is layered with nuts and then soaked in a sugar syrup. This is a very popular Turkish recipe and it usually served as a dessert marking an end to the meal. The rich sweetness of baklava is cut through by the texture of nuts and the crispiness of the pastry layers.

Ingredients:
For the dough:
2.5 cup Maida
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Lemon juice
Water
Nuts Filling:
50g Almonds
50g Pistachios
For Sugar Syrup:
1.25 cup Sugar
1.25 cup Water
1 tsp Lemon Juice
125 g unsalted Butter
Bake at 350 F /175 C for 50-55 min
