Somehow this show was able to give us exposition through the character of David Palmer without making him look stupid. He was always asking the questions the audience would ask. “Why can’t you push the bomb out the window?”
Exactly...and you can be that the current guy in WH would ask LOT more idiotic questions than this....propably on daily basis ever since he came to power...
I liked Lynne she was a very good person working for the honoured president David Palmer. I wish her character didn't get taken off. She did make a big mistake when not letting David Palmer about the CTU gonna blow up which it did. she had 30 minutes to tell him. She was a good person. 😔 her statues of being alive is unknown.
@@1312worldwidethis is the problem. She was too nice, to slick, to under limits of his role to made her quit interesting or lasting on 24 journey daily basis. Also, as soon as Sherry entered the scene, Lynn gradually losed all influence and aura. Because Sherry ate her alive. So easily.
There is something about Mike Novich I dont know maybe it is just the way he talks, no explanation for it, he's smart yes but its just the way he talks, theres just something about him
Bee Kay I don't consider him poor acting his character has a type of hidden feel that he knows more than he lets on Mike Novick and Palmer make 24 feel very political when they were gone the political parts felt like a joke in season 6 and up
Can anyone upload when Lynne gets attacked on 24 and then gets put into the hospital and try's to tell David that Mike was the one responsible for something. It's quite dark. She can't speak but is trying to tell David something.
I love watching 24. Gives me an idea what it would be like if the US government was actually good and fighting evil instead of being the biggest evil on this planet.

Why would the terrorists detonate a nuclear weapon over Downtown Los Angeles, which is mostly offices and stores, at midnight instead of in the middle of the day when people are actually working and shopping?

@@MatthewKearney69 A little more time and they could probably do the ocean.
"And tell him we will take care of any family he leaves behind" - powerful stuff.
I always get choked up by this because Palmer doesn't realize that he's talking to the pilot.
Palmer had to make nearly impossible decisions sometimes.
much like the real President during those times.
All presidents to some degree have these challenges.
Makes you wish Palmer was the real president doesn't it? 😆
Loved the set design in this scene! Seasons one and two are by far the most consistently good seasons!
I agree afterwards the seasons became repetitive and convoluted
HOLY SHIT. After 20 years do I realize thats Ensign Ro.
It was heart breaking the moment Palmer learnt that his friend Bauer will be the one flying the plane
One of those scenes which indeed had a lot of dialogue, but was on the edge of my seat listening to the consequences.

Agree. I missed her too. She was nice but she "left" too quickly...

If I remember correctly, Lynne did try to warn Plamer about the bomb, but his former general stalled for time.

Bee Kay I liked his character too. But he is a poor actor in 24. His lines in this scene were actually dubbed by himself.

Are you saying something good or something bad. Your too vague
Can you upload the scene when Palmer finds out Jack is the one flying the plane?
That woman talking about detonating the bomb in the desert is Admiral Cain from BSG? I recognize Starbuck as well. huh.
Los Angeles I got one question…are you in good hands?
he found the opportunity to make his daughter happy

👍So true. She was trying to point at novick but he takes her hand n pretends to reassure her ☹️

Thank God for no music

Yoshi Todo so you’d rather live under the rule of ISIS or the Taliban than the US.
Since they’re the ‘biggest evil’
Dumb kid.
Must be a liberal!
Who do you think *created* ISIS and the Taliban?

could you add more scenes from s1 please?
David - Tell him, that i will give 2 tickets for the super bowl next season
Jack - Wow, that could be me! Im the pilot Mr. President

Add to that, Why choose LA at all? NY or DC would hit the US a lot harder.
Funny, I don't see any volunteers..?
Jack wasn't prepared to tell him that he was doing it himself.
Yeppers Jack is flying the plane wow not any one else I feel sorry for bower
Imagine Donald Dufus having to make this decision lmao.
Don't you mean Mr President!
@@4redniwediS both of them would be absolutely useless.
Trump? I expect he'd decide just as Palmer did what's the problem? Seems that there was only one choice to begin with
