I think what makes robot so INCREDIBLY powerful is how every chest in the game will always be useful, like a permanent flat +5% damage buff for each and every chest you encounter no matter how many keys you have is incredibly good :>
Robot is pretty good. Just get good. He can get pretty frustrating to play if you get hit a lot though. One of his major upsides imo is that he gets a 5% damage boost with every junk item he obtains. Definitely something to note down. He is also more accurate with his shots because of battery bullets. Not as accurate as the marine though. His starter weapon is also really good as you mightve noticed. Would love to see more
Didn’t know about the junk thing that does seem pretty helpful. Also working on getting good, I thought it would be a lot easier in my head. But oh well.
Robots not necessarily bad, in fact quite the opposite, but most new bullet hell players can feel a bit overwhelmed by characters like Robot. However with more time you can learn dodges better and see his appeal. A good tip is to dodge only when necessary and learn patterns but overall just have fun.
Yeah, I definitely need to play with him a little more. I only got a couple runs in before I started going insane. I'm also so bad at dodging only when I need to and not getting hit so I'll keep that in mind.
Hes only hard when the game only wants to give you hearts and no armor whatsoever. He's also pretty good in coop. But bullet and gunslinger are the best for coop because the liches eyes work for player two aswell
It’s literally the third most effective character in the game and only one that is distinguishable from other characters by not passive items,but by passive skills
