As can be seen in this video all winch drums are provided with the special LEBUS engineered grooving pattern and other features, which are unique to LEBUS. This leads to a completely controlled spooling process, which guarantees the following aspects:
- the continous parallel grooves approx. 70% per revolution
- the pyramidal building-up of the multilayered wire rope and
- interdependent support-effect between coils and layers.
