I don't know the names the chords he uses in the chorus but he bars the 5th fret and puts his middle finger on the 7th fret on the G string and his index finger on the 6th fret C string and then moves the pattern to the 4th fret and then to the 2nd fret. I don't know the picking pattern he does. I hope this helped a little.
