If you want a real cheap one check out the Makala dolphins and sharks! :) They’re a good cheap option for beginners (and look very cute!). Practice, practice, practice!! You can only get better. I recommend checking out Eden Ecklund’s video on her 1 year ukulele progress. It’s very realistic in the way you’ll learn to play. For the first months or so, I recommend playing EVERY SINGLE DAY. Not kidding. (Practice, practice, practice!) Also, don’t go straight into songs first. Check out Cynthia Lynn’s videos on chords. The first chords you should learn are C and G (I know G is difficult for beginners but you’ll appreciate learning it later on as it is in almost every song you’ll play as a beginner). Then, you can move onto Am and F. After learning those four chords, you can go play a song!! Good luck!
