- Figured I would give my opinion on this situation.. Also leave a Comment below what do you think.. Has IGG improved the game or made it worse with all the crazy rewards?

You're forgetting that "back then" most legendaries were obtainable with shards and actually useful. There were no "event only" heroes and spirit mage was the only thing that made this game p2p. Maybe they added cool features and gamemodes but with the most recent heroes which are coming out monthly, they ruin the game more and more for casual/f2p and even some p2p players. You cant deny that almost every new hero is a must have since they are always slightly better than the last one, making the old legends mostly useless.
But its not just about heroes. The new enchantment system is the biggest money grab IGG could have made and it results in an even bigger split between heavy p2p and low p2p/f2p players. Nobody wants to keep spending money just so they stay competitive.
Ive played this game every day since it came out and I also have a lot of money invested in the game, but since I stopped spending money like half a year ago, my account dropped in strenght and competitiveness so fast, its not even funny. Im missing the last 6 heroes that came out (I have rockno but no GS) and you can already say that my account is useless compared to most others in my might range.
Maybe you do get more for the money you spend now, but Id rather get more for the time I spend in this game...

I cant disagree with everything you said.. Also respect you and your opinions but lets be honest we both know free 2 play players are not and never will be on the same level as a P2P but however they are making the game WAY better for f2p players. its very enjoyable.
Well of course p2p will have an advantage in a f2p game and theres nothing wrong with wanting to earn money as a game company but my point was that over the course of the game, it went more and more towards p2p and further away from f2p.
Cant deny that they are adding stuff for f2p like the new rewards etc but back in the day, a f2p could easily compete with a p2p just because he's been playing more/longer and I feel like that whole aspect of rewarding players for playing the game for a long time is completetly gone now, sadly.
bro stop there... F2P has never been able to compete with P2P since day 1. The fact that F2P can get pretty much every hero a P2P can get now and max it out... F2P accounts have only gotten better.
jtisallbusiness May I remind you that there are 4 Event only dragons and 3 p2p exclusive heroes? And since there are so many legends in this game now, the odds of actually rolling the new heroes are getting slimmer and slimmer and on top of that, igg is even making their rolling odds lower.
Back then a f2p could easily compete with a p2p since sweeping wasn’t a thing. A f2p that had been playing from day one had a huge advantage over a p2p player who started half a year later than him since the f2p had his heroes higher level, higher skill and the p2p couldn’t just buy two million hb and sweep his way to the top. Maybe he was missing a hero or two but overall he did have the advantge.
Especially you JT who has been around in this game pretty much from the beginning should know and acknowledge that...

I used to love this game but it's all about heroes now. There is no balance to the game. Your on top with heros. Barely any defense bases and skills to the heros that even what was legendary to begin with are no different than elite or ordinary heros. To me if it was up to me you could only use 2 legendary, 2 elite, and 2 ordinary. Boost troops attack and health. Add different bombs and defense buildings and people will be more unique to their bases and will feel like an actually strategy game. People love it cause it's easy compare to clash of clans. But that argument can go back and forth.
i don't really like the game now all i see aew p2p events but i still play it but it gone worse since fountain fortuna got closed 😔

I can tell you back in the day therr was far much worse laggs and hacks from back 3 years till now is a huge improvement as a vet i dont think its bad, errors will always be there they fix 1 and theres 4 more to fix and so on..

The game is not dead, but it's unfair for f2p and old p2p. Android, some days ago, sold 2x revite4 sets for 75 euros (I bought) and that used to cost me 1600 euros at iOS... yes, have accounts at both, same might. Of course this is upsetting because old money doesn't matter at all and recently they gave ridiculous stuff like one Prime Hero card I for buying 2.2 million gems, etc. Not the best loyalty system... It's not good to feel you completely wasted your money for almost nothing instead of buying better things.
Cant disagree with you their.. but again no one forced those players to spend at any given time. and its obvious that rewards only get better with time.
Of course, and I'm still playing, spending and addicted... I still enjoy the game and the community, like you, but we know that fairness is not the strong point of this game... Also bit sad for so many friends that keep quitting, both f2p and p2p, but the game is still interesting to me.

jtisallbusiness i understand your point of view concerning the huge amount of items you get for spending money on the game... my problem with igg is the following: the last updates which brought us new game modes (labyrinth for example) or a new hbm level or lava4 or the new dungeons are updates only made for high end players/high cashers...
igg says to us users indirectly: spend money on the game! you have no other chance...
hbm ag is not possible without rose or anubis....
lava4 is not possible without rose...
the labyrinth is only possible by having a high end team....
raise your might to 280k so you will get more points in guild wars which means you will get better prices... so spend money to get to 280k might as fast as possible...
igg is printing money because of their last updates and they bring us to spend it by giving more items in bazar for example....
if you would make a video and speak about all these negative things this would be like a suicide for your channel (which i love by the way)...

But I'm a bit salty too. Because I started playing CC years ago and I'm f2p. And now there are Players which are playing the game for like 2 months and buy all things and got a better Account than me. And then I think why the hack spent i years too reach this level when you can buy and get on this level in like 2-3 months. But i still can understand you because the feeling of having so much gems and good hereos must be great. btw. I' m german

As a free player I can say that I haven't seen a good hero in a gems roll in over a year, and I used to get them on a bimonthly basis. The game is cheap and they got greedy.
aegisgfx it's all rng with heros. I just got a Anubis with 3.5k gems I saved up over a week or two
I got an Anubis with a 150 gem roll and a Michael with a free gem roll. Total RNG.
Jt i am a player on the german Android server. My Problem right now with cc is that the servers are not the same. On my server the events and the bazaar are bullshit. For 100$ you get nothing. Its only 1-2 events at the same time and we have no f2p events like hire Heroes and win. That makes me so angry. In my opinon igg have to make the same bazaar and events for all severs. I have invested so much Money and i dont want stop play cc but its make no fun anymore if they dont change anything on the german server

Thanksssssss so much for releasing this video JT the first time i saw his name i thought he was making a joke seeings as he is the #1 player but as the days went on I started questioning if the game really was dead, I started to notice that i mostly scrolled over players that only have their collectors filled with loot and hero's that would have made a day old account shake his head. But this video has restored my faith in the game, as well as the fact that i joined an amazing guild that has really helped me succeed as a player. The game is not dead the only reason you find all those empty bases is that there was once that many players. I also enjoy the feeling of being attacked, then i know for sure that i am not adrift on a empty sea.
As for the new rewards I could not be happier for them. Personally I would have never spent a dime if it was for gems only yet 10$ can get you 100k HB and 2700 gems as well as the
50 essence I would not have a evo GS or a Rockno or any of the other hero's that make the game so enjoyable without them. Needless to say I think what IGG did was a amazing strategy to improve the player base as well as their want to spend gems that previously was only worth it to those that were willing to fork in the real cash. Thanks once again for clearing my conscious about the thought of this game being dead. :P
I agree, I first started playing CC 4 YEARS ago; I actually stopped because CC was too expensive. I logged back In a year ago and I was amazed how much the game improved. And how CHEAP things got.

I remember back in the day when the best hero you tried to roll for was a PD. I feel the new heroes, for the most part, crush the older heroes. All though, in certain situations, older heroes can hold their own. I love to lead with my Atlanticore and watch him kill entire teams of heroes, provided the heroes don’t have high lvl life drain. The game is based around teams. You find what teams work, and what teams don’t, and that also depends on what mode the team is good for. Currently, I’m using a team of PD, Druid, Gunslinger, SK, Atlanticore, and Orksbane.
Id seriously dont get the fit about things the game isnt broken, ive been here since cc debut in playstore back then when kashat was top player, never had kashat wine or complaine about people caching up to him, back then there wasent many complainers as well as there are many now, im glad people catching up quick thats what makes a game interesting "CHALLENGE" its good to feel all hight and mighty but when someone knocks in your door and challenge you you feel offended?? Hell i def like how people raid me or beats me at times in guild wars ect.. what makes things fun in this game is being challenge, back then i still remember to get shards the only place there was only dungeons thats it hbm got introduce 3 month later, all i see is people not happy because there being challenge, you cant always be the best like i said kashat was the top player he got replace and so far he isnt crying about it, be happy that when your gone someone will replace you and keep making thr game interesting and alive. ;-)

I started playing this game a few months after it was released. I quit after they were releasing a new hero every week but what really did it was being in a top guild and having to spend way too much time in the cc world. Yet, Im glad to see that it's still going strong. (It thought it started breaking years ago. Lol). Where's SandSeven7?

Solid opinion however I enjoy my free 2 play account just as much as my main.
true f2p ppl HAVE TO enjoy the game because they spent so much time to build their acc with blood and tears. but definitely less competitive than before .they are struggling with regular talents while the p2p ppl have their enchantments and traits maxed out :) not mentioning the crazy amount of fame needed to send even their good talents to 8/8. it's a sick cycle and its getting worse my man ;)
Yeah JT but u get to play with every single hero on ur main making it easy to enjoy ur f2p Smurf, f2p can only dream to use certain heroes making it really frustrating when they roll the gems they worked so hard for to only get shard or blue heroes

Ikr! Back in the day it was too expensive to buy a thing, and just a few players had the opportunity to grew up. Now is cheaper and every player can buy at least somethin that helps them in the bazaar. IGG is gettin a LOT of money and a lot of players are gettin stronger. Win/win

Dude if you ever knew anything about this dude, he is by far the best players there is and was. He quit because now instead of skill and game knowledge people can just spend and get dope stuff. This game is dead if you stop spending and enter a bigger bracket you'll know soon too.

I remember back in the day they had a 10 and 15% sale, mainly on 10 and 50dollar pack and during special holidays or real good weekend deals they gave 20% Gem bonus on the 100dollar pack and people were like daem dope deal.

I think it's MOSTLY a positive thing. A frustrating thing though is for example I already paid a kings ransom to get DG. I'm ok with that, but players getting DG now also get the skin with it. Why should I have to spend yet another $250 just to get the skin?

Idk its a good thing or a bad thing, i got molt and arctica in the bazaar and it cost me £9.99 and £19.99 along with tons of books, sacrifaces and more. Before that i am a f2p, for years in this game. I can still remember it used to cost hundreds to get molt🙄
In the spanish server they saed they fix the bug of fortress that bug where you lose your team when you win the battle and that same day i lose my team when i win the battle like 4 members of my alliance
I remember back then when you had to spend around 100-1k dollars to have a chance at Getting Attica and or molt now they cost literally 20 dollars it's insane the community wanted a change and we got one it was for the better they're doing the best they can to make money while making their players happy and hooked on the game being a game creator is not easy there's one half that rant for everything and one who just accept it. I've been playing the game even before xp books were added and i can say from a gamer stand point that this game has drastically improved. sure their system is still a little flawed and it's not perfect but it is way better than it was back then so just enjoy the game igg are trying their best to make people happy while making money

I can see both points. Game is dead because it cant be won. There is no advantage to getting the new heroes anymore because that hero becomes obsolete and worthless a few months afterwards. Legends arent rare, they spit them out every 3-4 weeks now. What then is the incentive for a top player to stay competetive. Maybe the guy is salty but when you spend that much money, who wouldnt be?
I think he's right.. For example on arena, F2P goes, tries to do something and boom 5 P2P 80k might at least 4 heroes devo, like wtf??? Like literally, most P2P don't even farm these days, they just straight up buy everything like "Oh for 99,99$ I'll get a hero and at least 60m exp in books".. And they just buy it, for a F2P 60m is like months and months of farming.. Idk, that's just my oppinion :///

I really enjoy new daily rewards, and Enchanting changes/Spend gems and win events ;) I have been playing for 5 years, the game was really nice. Now it's totally different game, after all those updates, new game modes etc. and it's still fun to play ;) Especially for F2P, you can get heroes like PD so easily! P2P Players have everything, it's not a big difference for them. Overall, This game will never be dead, because of new Gamemodes and mechanics ;)
jt we know you work for igg, I would be upset too I remember when some heroes cost some of us few thousands dollars, and now there worth 4.99 are you kidding me how is this fair it would of been better just make different servers because its not fair for so many heavy spenders spent so much money...anyways thats my opinion, and fyi I quit 7 months ago, and I use to spend big too once articka cost me over 2k and then they came out with a deal for 100 dollars yeah it hurts...
I think castle clash should get some like balance changes or stop new hero’s coming out for a bit or maybe even making the game more interesting by like a new green hero that is really powerful
Also igg should start thinking about the heroes that r getting forgotten and the troops

Its not a positive thing that you can easily take away his grind by spending a few dollars, its almost backstabbing OG players by doing this speed upgrade....They dont care for the game they just want that cash

You remember the Aetherrock glitch on Android? Just move your building and you'll have 5million rocks just like that. When you contact them about this (6 times) they will contact their team about itxD. What about a revoke for whoever used it? Or a compensation for the people who didn't to try and balance the game again.. nope. They can't answer that because they're to busy on making money towards the next update. Even small bugs like troops not comin up only after restarting the game are to much for them. Money is their only important thing, not keeping customers happy and give them service they payed for! Not everyone is a spoiled rich kid you knowxD

Also you have no clue about what Game Devos have to go through to make things like that happen.. Alot harder than you think.. I know iv been to multiple mobile gaming headquarters. They handled the Aether rock situation pretty quickly (30 minutes) theirs no possible way for the outcome of that situation to be positive and was handled pretty quick.

Agree with most man. Just one thing is true for me. Skelle is too op. I am f2p with 265kmight from Europa and when there is ff vs all these skele i just got one shotted with fully maxed heroes. That's way too OP imo.

The only problem I have with the game is that there are so many more legendaries than normal and elite heroes COMBINED. It is so easy to get a legendary nowadays. They need to make them a bit harder to get

It has made the game harder for f2p but overall I think it is better for the game the rewards now make it easier. I still think they should revamp the rolling system cause there is no way u should roll more greens than legends

Well, I have spend more than 50000 in this game, and more than 15000 in my smurf too, my last 2000 dollars of gems spent get me better reward than the last 48000+ gems...The way they reward the old p2p is really stupid, who the fck want a augumenting stone or prime hero card when u bought 3000000 gems already... I have like 40 prime heroes card sitting there.
The game is far from dead and has come such a long way PREACH IT! I was a big P2P and have slowed down on my spending and am enjoying the game now more than ever. The bazaars that they have added are INSANE and you can make a smart 20$ purchase and get tons of extras. as long as IGG is making money the game is not going anywhere.
