I'm confused, the inferior sagittal sinus doesn't drain in the confluence of sinuses but you've written it in the table, please correct if I'm wrong

You are absolutely correct! The inferior sagittal sinus drains into the straight sinus, not directly into the confluence of sinuses as I wrote in the table. While it eventually drains into the confluence, I skipped a step in the table. I apologize for this mistake! I've updated the video description.
