Would the addition if puffs, or anything else added to the string/limbs change the brace height? Should I listen, and adjust the string before, or after adding quieteners? Thanks.
I know this is a year out from your comment, but I adjust the brace height before I put on any string silencers. That way your bow is as quiet as possible before you make it even quieter.
make a more afford able trad bow for beginners or youth. I love hoyt bows in fact I am the proud owner of a hoyt ignite which performs extremely well. Me and others want a hoyt trad bow that's affordable and at a good price so people with a not so good budget such as myself can enjoy hoyts amazing quality with a good cheapish bow. when I say cheap I mean the bow coming around 200-300 dollars bare bow and like the ignite have a kit that comes with it if you pay more for it
mohammed abuzaid Agreed the excel was a great budget bow that was a tack driver. They discontinued it sadly. The newer stuff im not crazy about the price or the look.

Being an Ex carpenter you never say 8 and 2 eighths, Sorry but WTF 8 1/4 is more like it come on Fred, same with 8 1/2 ????
I didn't understand that measurement, I was educated on the metric system.
1:46 ... 8 and 4/8? ... You mean 8 and a half. lmao
No, he means 2 quarters
@@tomalophicon He clearly meant sixteen thirty-seconds
@@Flash4 🤣
Given that the markings on my bow square are in one-eighth increments, I'd say four eighths makes more sense that one half.
Its actually three Sasquatch balls
