Great brasswork and as an arranger, I really appreciated the arrangements. I just wish I could have seen more of the show and less closeups of suspended cymbals.

Terrible videography!!!! During the guard and percussion feature, we want to see what formations and the guard work....NOT closeups of every pit person you can find!!!! Overall...way too many closeups and not enough of the entire corps.

Welcome to 1984. I was a pithead for 5 of my 6 years in corps, and even I thought there were too many pit shots in 84.

Don't get me going...83 and 84 were the WORST for camera shot selection.
83? Yeah...let's focus on BD's guard(doing NOTHING even interesting) during the snare accel in the perc feature.
84? Here comes Garfield's out-of-nowhere company front...it's coming....aaannnd....YOU SWITCH TO THE FUCKING PIT???
And even my OWN show (84 BD)....the last 30 seconds you lock in on Gino and Duane?? Not even a high camera shot???
      JFC!
I mean, I'm happy for the good camera pass I got in the opener, the much shorter one in the closer, and the shot of my feet that only I know is me, but still...

Blame Steve Norman, the 1983-1986 producer/director. He had no experience in drum corps, and it shows!
