Having the eyeliner laid down(partially) in the waterline really is negligent. The waterline is full of glands and should not be tattooed. Plus, you can clearly see the 3 dots that were clearly not "just ink" that had dripped in the wrong place. The tattoist had to have pricked her skin/placed it there, to cause them to still be visible 6 weeks later. The Defendant may have been shaky, or more likely, just couldn't see what she was doing.
Plaintiff complained that it took her too long to put on the makeup. She wanted what her young friends at work have and got it done by a non-trained tattoo artist.
@@trekgirl65 i know that after seeing that part of the video but just go to a stylist to get it done if it takes you forever doing it urself imo but it's whatever though everyone has there own way of doing things

Go to a. professional. The Defendant don't look good. I wouldn't trust her especially around my eyes ???
Good point judge why go if you don't see a client. Don't be cheap. Go to a professional. Makeup person But defendant don't even come to court
I can barely trust my tattoo artist on my arm, I could never do that to my face! One mistake and youre screwed! Plus its permanent!
I'm curious why go to that tattoo artist if you dont trust them on your arm
The male judge will not shut up liek damn let her answer
