    In restaurants they usually make it quickly in a cast iron pan. Looks nice, hope you enjoyed it.

    White corn meal for polenta is sacrilege, man. Also cooking that meat for one hour? Also missing the feta cheese which is part of the recipe. And the way you dished it out is wrong.
