I know im pretty late, But I make a lot of sushi at home to! a few good things to do, is don't squish the rice flat, it makes it more fluffy when you don't, and if you take like a zip lock bag, or plastic wrap and put it around the bamboo roller, its less of a clean up! :) well done video! and super entertaining :)

I just started trying TH-cam out last year and it’s been fun seeing other content creators channels like yours! Been debating VL atm. Traveled to WV in October before I found out I had cancer in November (removed atm) so once my scans are once a year I'm thinking going VL so I can explore the country. I'm kinda basing my rigs power set up off yours with the 600Ah and solar. I'm a gamer myself and I'd like to game from time to time. Currently trying to map out how I want it as I want to do this right and do my research. So hopefully in 3 years maybe 4 I'll have the capital to start VL once i fully decide if it's for me or not

Great video. I like the honesty about your thoughts and thinking the video is bad but continuing on. If you had not told us you didn't know what you were doing, I would have assumed you had done it hundreds of times. Your van interior is the best looking of any I've seen as well. Love the colors. Have you had any issues with the FWD aspect of that van with so much weight in the rear? Keep up the great content!
