Brewery and the beast certainly is a one-of-a-kind culinary event that brings together an extraordinary line-up of chefs and beverage makers who deliver a feast of fire-kissed meats, craft beers, cocktails, ciders, wines, etc.
Chefs and restaurants from Calgary, Banff, Edmonton and surrounding areas united and showcased the best of Alberta's food & beverage scene. With local produce and regional protiens this day was filled with delicious samples.
