Awkwardly Cooking with Lyle: Spicy Wild Game Salad

After knocking the dust off their bows and breaking a few arrows, Chef Lyle and his misfit band of sous chefs knock back a few beers, drop the tailgate, fire up some game steaks on the grill, and chop a copious amount of fancy vegetables for a sour, salty, spicy salad that is so good it makes everyone sweat and cry.
