  • This is a common cookies during Hari Raya. It in fact has few varieties and I am sharing one of the varieties. More will be coming out soon.
    Ini merupakan kuih tradisi Hari Raya. Ia mempunyai berbagai versi dan saya memaparkan satu versi disini. Akan datang, saya akan tunjukkan versi yang lain.

    Bahan bahan:
    250 g Butter
    1 cawan gula halus
    1 biji telur
    2 1/4 cawan tepung gandum
    1 cawan tepung kastard
    1/2 cawan tepung jagung
    1 sudu kecil perasa vanilla
    Bakar pada 170c selama 15-18 minit dan jaga api.
    Ingredients:
    250 g Butter
    1 cup fine sugar
    1 whole egg
    2 1/4 cup wheat flour
    1 cup custard flour
    1/2 cup corn flour
    1 tea spoon Vanilla essence
    Bake at 170 c for 15-18 minutes and do watch and mind your oven flame as each over is different.

    Hi. Great recipe. It'll be great if u could break a pc of the cookie to show the inside of the texture n the crispness.
    And also if u do cakes cut or tear a slice of the cake to show the texture.

      Ohhh I am so sorry and I had put in the description below the video. It was one of my early work still new. Anyhow, it is 170c for 15-18 minutes and do the checking at 13 minutes. All oven can go crazy sometimes and I had a fair share of that. Btw, my pineapple tart is just fabulous and makmur too. Honestly! Just try them when you have the time... and tell me :)

    1cup berapa gram?

      Ok if flour - 1 cup is about 120 g but if sugar, it is about 190-200 g

      Hi, i use the nozzle that breaks 18. That is normally many people use :) thanks for the advise :)
