I tagged a picture on Instagram. I am a school-based occupational therapist. I did this with my kids last week during teletherapy. Great for special education students to reinforce the importance of learning how to tie knots! I added some exercises for kids and adults.

Okay I did not have sand or like a balloon that I did have a glove so I use a glove to make it and it came out good

Use 12" balloons, any smaller and it's impossible to get the bag with flour in.
