I love that news reporter who saved that trucker. I remember when I first saw it.i have respect for her it came from her ❤️
She was literally the only reporter who was actually useful in this video, that one guy was helping rioters and said “I’m hit I’m hit” when he got hit by a rubber slug
the police dog video always makes me so angry. the dog was showing every single sign of being anxious and that officer didn't notice and kept encouraging the interviewer to pet him. dude has no business handling a pet, much less a protection dog.
calm down dude he didn't know. besides he learned his lesson.
it's less about him "learning a lesson" and more about how police in general handle k9s and the responsibilities attached.
this is also coming from someone who has worked for ~15 yrs with a veterinary practice that serves the local k9 unit and lemme tell you... those dogs are not handled properly. so i'm a little bitter in general re: this topic.

I was in hurricane Harvey in Houston I was staying in my cousins house when it all happened it started to rain but I didn't think it would flood. I woke up to the sound of my brother talking to my uncle I come out of the room I was sleeping in, and go to the living room and see the door open, I see my brother standing there looking outside it was flooded outside. We moved things that we needed to higher ground so it won't get wet. We went to stay upstairs for 2 days before we were forced to evacuate. We went on a boat to safety we stayed in a shelter downtown it was a scary experience
JEDIAH I can imagine I live corpus Christi which is not far from rockport where the eye of the hurricane went though when me and my mom we're evacuating that's when the heavy wind started picking up big time on it was scary

Actually there still are jungle lions but they are either very endangered or nearly extinct. Lions used to be far more common in jungles and forested areas but they were driven back to the more open and desolate areas because of hunting (not recently, like a very long time ago).

John Claxton I was thinking the same thing. We had an aggressive dog like that, any stranger was regarded as a threat. The reporter was warned by him. II never get that close to any dog I haven’t spent time with dog bites hurt like hell.

I agree that the reporter should not of gotten close to that dog, but to me it was total negligence on the officers part. He should've seen signs of aggression and controlled or removed the dog before someone got harmed. I think it was very irresponsible on the officers part. Another dog would've gotten put down for biting somebody like that unfortunately.

I'm number 12 as soon as the lion started getting aggressive with the handler I would have been out of that cage!! You can tell the lion isnt listening and handler can't keep it under control, so I would be out of there asap!!!
Turning around, running away and showing weakness will get you killed in a situation like that. The lion wasn't even being that aggressive, because he could've been a lot fiercer. He was play biting and scratching, but he doesn't understand his own strength. He could've easily crushed one of their arms if he was actually mad.

I feel the pain of #1. At Christmas I went to pet my aunt's dog and he them jumped up and bit my face, I ended up being rushed to the ER and had to get 10 stitches. In the matter of a second my hand had reached up in reaction to the dog jumping up, the dog not only got my face but my finger as well. No stitched in my finger but as I said earlier, in my face I did. Worst Christmas ever.

Okay so you might not believe this but it was in middle school and watched this show called cnn student news, and there was this episode where a guy was at this area talking about stuff happening and thats when he got kidnapped and thrown in a van and was all chill and stuff then thats when it just changed to the main host... really creepy... you might not beleive me but i swear i saw it

#1 was a combination of the hand on the neck and the reporter moving above the dog's head, which is seen as a dominant move in canine language. It looked like the reporter was just readjusting his position on his back foot but that slight upwards movement caused the dog to react in a defensive manner. Neither party was at fault, they just weren't speaking the same language.
Ugh, the narrator makes this unbearable to watch!! Why is every sentence a question?!?!

the video with the police dog is sad. the dog clearly telegraphed being nervous by licking its lips, lowering its head and looking up with only its eyes, whites showing, ears back. it felt boxed in, and when the reporter boxed it more in with the second hand and then additionally leaned over it which is indeed threatening to some dogs. it felt threatened and attacked, purely for self defense as it was completely back to normal afterwards. i'm glad the reporter was alright and they didn't stone the dog for the reporter's mistake.
