By the way - and this is NOT a criticism - that thing that indicates that the sound is working is called a “VU meter” … VU for “volume units.” They’re often green > yellow > red - like a traffic signal - to let you know if you’re getting too close to distortion and unusable audio. I’ve been working in the media for most of the past 45 years and, unfortunately, have created quite a bit of unusable audio. 😂
Yea I mean you CAN USE pocket 3 as a studio cam. Your Sony is better however. In many ways, like bokeh, low light performance and the fact you can properly connect a Sony camera to your pc and record straight to OBS which will make your workflow easier.

I was so close to buying a Sony mirrorless camera for vlogging. I changed my mind due to the size and weight. I have the Action 4 and going to buy the Pocket 3; my dilemma is I want a small light 3rd camera preferably a hybrid.😮
I've never heard of another camera company utilizing USB host mode for microphones like DJI does. That's what pushed me towards the Osmo Action 4 over a GoPro!
As I am trying to Tranistoopn over from the Sony ZV1M2, while in the shop, te Pocket 3 hunts, till I can figure out why 4 feet from teh camera it has to hunt. time to time maybe get off of Continuous focus , a lot of testing for me. enjoyed te talk, keep te great work up

The Pocket 3 is my goto choice for video recordings these days. I only use my mirrors camera if I want to use a specific lens. Great video, thanks for sharing.
my iphone 15 just heatts up like crazy when i film for a while. if you only got an iphone the black magic app gives you so much more control of the camera. quality wise iphone 15 does a great job too but op3 has the edge for practicality, an all features he mentioned

It is a great camera. It's my main camera. My last few videos are with the pocket 3. It does an excellent job.

I ordered mine this week. Began with a Lumix G7, moved to a Mevo Start for easier setup, this will be game changing and I can bring it to conventions.

I got mine on Amazon. One day there was a wait for a few weeks. Next day i looked and they had next day delivery.

Correct! I used regular color mode and auto white balance. ISO was at 100 and shutter was 60 shutter count.
can you stock the wide angle and black mist filter?
I don’t think you can stack it on top of the wide angle filter after reading a few post about it on Reddit
