What happens when you are expected to sacrifice yourself is that you decide whether you will or not. But regardless of the choice you make (which is going to be context dependent) ... you owe yourself ... the best you can FOR your self ... always. What this will look like can only be unique. But you owe it to yourself to honour yourself at all times always xxx
