I agree art of living is one of the most important art every human should learn to know the meaning of living and avoid sufferings.And I too agree , learn spirituality from Indian great monks, materialistic science from English, Japanese etc,and for health and self defense learn from Chinese.These are the God gifted gems in different parts of the world must pick up to make our life perfect, peaceful and happy
