NOTE: at 28:33, since they are a Melee character, and already on their preferred spot, and not playing an Attack card, they would have just stayed where they are, and not move.

Excellent game play video! I just opened my Senjutsu All-In-One Box. The game manual was difficult to understand and this is coming from someone who had no issues playing Skyrim The Board Game or Sword and Sorcery. Thank you for the solo gameplay and for explaining the rules clearly! THE BEST!
Thanks for the well-made video. I found the Senjutsu instructions quite confusing. I got along better with more extensive instructions such as for Gloomhaven, Sword & Sorcery, Burncycle and others. You explained the rules very well and implemented them in the game. I particularly liked the camera work and the references to the rule booklet, so it quickly becomes clear where I can read up on certain rules if necessary. You also explain the rules quite comprehensively and in detail. For me it was very helpful.
Hi There. Just wanted to check with you.. If I can Bleed away the AI deck, with a bleeding wound, and the AI runs out of cards.. do I just reshuffle or what would be the result? Thanks
Hi, great video to see the rules in action. Just got my copy yesterday and studying the rules. But I don't fully understand the card that shows how the AI gets closer to the player. I see the white arrows from left to middle to the right side, ok. It shows the side, where the want to attack the player. But why are there 2 fields in the middle row? Does that show the prefered distance to the target (1 or two hexes)?
No, it just means which 'Behaviour' they will take next: you follow the white arrows, so if their token is in the top spot, they will change their behaviour from central to 'right' (since the white arrow heads that way), and then back to centre (bottom spot), and then from the centre to the left, and so on around the circle. Make sense? So the two spots are just there to differentiate which 'behaviour' (left/middle/right) they will take next. (i.e. if there were only one spot in the Centre, how would you know which direction they would take next?)
What's the point of the Offensive token and defensive ring token? I thought if in defensive stance the AI only carry out bottom section of attack card...
it alters how they attack: if they are in defensive mode, they will not move in to attack if it puts them in a position where you can attack them back; in offensive stance they will . 👍
Great question: it's a Meditation card, not an attack card, so they would not move to create Line of Sight, and would instead stay where they are, even though it is blocked. Likewise, it is a Melee character, so unlike a Ranged AI Opponent, will not move to create Line of Sight. So yes, I think you are absolutely correct. 👍
I think the yellow AI should have moved adjacent to the Ronin, since it's the target distance for that enemy (and for the most of them). The most important thing for them is the distance. The behaviour is only when there are two equal possibilities

your video is terribly confusing, you seem unsure of the rules as you explain.
