I was working in this arrange the past week. This one was sequenced by myself by ear, hope you enjoy! Composer: Michiru Yamane Arranged and Sequenced by: AzaghalMx
Nice! It's a real crime what they did to Hector in the Netflix show. He went from total badass in the game to an abused pet with a collar around his neck in the Netflix show. What a disrespectful way to treat the protag of a great game. But at least this arrangement captures his coolness.
I totally agree, what they did to Hector was terrible, It was a shame how one of the coolest characters of Castlevania series became to something like that. The show was good, but they humiliated him so badly. 😢
That version of hector isn't a video game character for one thing, different medium, different method of storytelling. The game-version of Hector, from what I remember, has also been against Dracula for a while, so it makes sense for him to be more adept at fighting the demonic forces. Netflix Hector is still pretty green in the fighting department; he isn't psysically a match for the vampires, so he has to use his wits to stay alive and slowly sabotage Carmilla and it makes sense for that story. The same argument can be made for strong female characters; they don't all have to be kick-ass amazons who can overpower any man because the plot says so.
Okay this is a bizarre question but I'm a fan game dev for a totally different fandom (Ace Attorney) and I'm including a fan favorite original character from another fan game for a cameo in my own game. That game's dev used "Castle" from Castlevania Judgment as that character's theme and, since I cannot find a single cover of it for the life of me, I thought I'd go a bit meta and use "Abandoned Castle" to imply that he's given up the life he had before the events of my game. Seeing I'd never played Castlevania before, I have no idea if this is a good choice in comparison to the other track, but I thought the title symbolism would be kinda nice for anyone who catches it. With that all being said, I want to use a version that fits the mood I'm going for and your cover is really good. I may not know the game, but the piece is rather pretty. Would it be all right if I used your cover in my game? I'm going to ask a couple other people who have made piano covers too because I wanted to be able to use one and I like yours a lot so there's no harm in asking! Full credit will be given and I'd be happy to share more info if you need it. The game I'm developing is called Ace Attorney: Truth and Consequences.

You really nailed the "flavor" of the synth here, once again! Sorry that I keep saying basically the same thing on all your arrangements, but it's true!
No that's alright! Thanks! Actually I'm glad you've noticed. I take special attention to every instrument I use, that includes the synths and their effects 😊
Hello there. I would like to say that i've enjoyed & loved your CastleVania orchestral arrangements, Especially the Hidden Curse track from PoR. Hope you do more CastleVania arrangements soon. Speaking of that, Please do these tracks from Super CastleVania IV as a humble request & in celebration of SCVIV's 30th Anniversary: Demon Castle Dracula (Menu) Dracula's Theme (Intro Cutscene) Dracula's Room (Final Battle) Q: What DAW & VST plug-ins do you use?
Hey! Much appreciated comments, thank you! Sure, I'll try to arrange something from that list next time 😁 R: I used to use GarageBand, but it crashes a lot, so I moved to Logic Pro, it's powerful. For Windows I use Mixcraft, it has enough tools to do the job Speaking about the VST: I use OPUS and all the East West Composer Cloud instruments it offers.
@@azaghalmx You're very welcome my dear friend. Demon Castle Dracula, Dracula's Theme & Dracula's Room are one of my favorite SCVIV tracks. I'm planning on trying out Reaper 7 as my second DAW of choice. Reaper 7 has got the be the best version of Reaper, Mostly due to a bunch of bug fixes & other new features added into Reaper 7. Cod hector would fight 8 ogres at once with his fists and win. The real hector not some boy toy
Beat the whole game and 100% it with all the characters and this HITS DIFFERENT
