that is such a great idea about cream quads!! I was holding my breath when you went to use the dark brown on the whole lid because he said it dries faster but it really surprised me that not only does it have amazing playtime but the finish is something special. thanks for sharing.
I like it. I have nothing like this and also have never tried any of his products. The price is pricey but if the quality is there then it's valid. However, I would buy it when there's a sale. Thanks for reviewing. I love the looks you created. ❤
I skipped the ND one for this one. I rarely wear shimmer so it made sense to me. And I saw so many videos on the ND and seems to pull cool on some people and my worry was it would be me😂. I agree, and said the same yesterday- this palette should be priced less vs his other palettes. So that part is annoying. But damn, these shadows blend like a dream. It is great( but overpriced) palette for anyone like me, with boring office job😂
It’s higher because it’s made in the USA .. anything made here is always higher than oversees .. that’s why the USA does so much trade oversees vs here in the USA also u want something made in the USA if u live her because it keeps the economy circulating and keeping our dollar up … just thought I elaborate on the prices a bit … love the look btw 😊
Loved both looks Patty, my favourite was the brown one. I've seen a couple of videos with this palette and I do have his other 2 large palettes so I will be buying this one as well even though some people's comments are that it's a bit pricey but I think that because you have 2 cream shades that can be used as eyeliner as well as shadows it's in my opinion justified because then your not buying a separate liner (if you know what I mean) it's already there in the one palette. Reminds me of the NAKED Basics Mini Palette. Which I really Loved The idea of it I was able to do a very Quick out the door natural Look as well as use the palette for my eyebrows and eyeliner and I was able to go from day to night so easily. Im def gonna try this Out wish it was smaller more carry friendly.
Definitely picking this one up tomorrow. I have the first two, and I only get beautiful looks with them. This will also be perfect matte building blocks for looks with my Super Shock, loose powder shimmer singles, and shimmery cream and liquid single shades. Can’t wait to wait for your six(?) looks this palette these looks were gorgeous. That first look did make you look like Elizabeth Taylor.

I would buy this under two conditions: 1. If I can buy it on sale and 2, as long as the eyeshadows don't transfer all over the eye lid. In other words, they need to stay put. If I bought this palette it would replace my Tarte In Bloom palette. I notice with the Tarte eyeshadows that if you, for example, put the eyeshadow in the crease it will transfer to the rest of the eyelid throughout the day. I have to say that having the two cream shadows in the PT palette would be a nice addition to my vast eyeshadow collection. 😂Thanks for the review, Patty!
Do you use an eyeshadow primer? I have been using the Tarte In Bloom for years (I’m not sure if I’m on my third or fourth at this point) but they never move on my eyelids. I have hooded eyelids and oily skin. I have been using an eyeshadow primer since my teens due to my eye shape. My eyeshadow never moves.
I usually don't. I'm sure that would help. I mostly use Natasha Denona eyeshadows and the colors from the Tarte palette when I need them. :) @@angelat1839

I just purchased this palette and was looking for some tips on how to use. I started taking more interest in makeup recently, so I'm not entirely sure that I'm doing things right. LOL. I always get a little nervous when you start putting more on, especially that cream, but both ways look absolutely stunning on you!

You may be right about frosty or metallic shades being more expensive to make, but I really think that matte eyeshadows are more difficult to make, and to have a good result from. I feel like we see it time and again, but maybe I am wrong?

I would def not knowingly buy a product made in China that was applied on my body or ingested. So if you're basically saying that it's important where a palette is made, I agree with you.

Had this been more realistically priced at maybe $58 rather than the ridiculous $70, I probably would've bought it. It's legal theft to charge so much for a bog standard matte palette. This palette is so PERFECT ❤ it creates everyday looks and can amp up very sexy looks. It literally has every staple shade you need! I have md1 and I think having both It's not as similar as it looks on camera.

I’m on the fence about buying this one part of me wants it but I’m hesitating bc it’s a matte only palette and I usually ALWAYS use a shimmer. I do want to step outside of my comfort zone though so Idk if I’ll be picking it up or not🥰 this look is beautiful btw like🔥👌
Every time I use the cream and set it with a powder I always get transfer on the top of the lid. What am I doing wrong? I also use primer first on the lid

Matte is better for older eyes compared to shimmers as shimmers highlight wrinkles. We know we all get there, right? 😋 I love shimmers but they make me looks super wrinkly.
There’s no doubt that’s it’s incredible quality however for zero shimmers he’s gauging everyone and that I don’t like! It absolutely should have been lower in price, but there all money hungry and greedy.

I thought the first look was patchy and muddy. Not your fault but that of the palette color story and/or formula. The white shadow would ruin all of the looks created because it’s simply too bright. I bought his first palette and it simply was waaaaay too warm for me plus I had the same problem with the powder shadows being patchy. I hoped #2 would be cooler but it wasn’t. Not picking this up. Just isn’t for me

.58 oz would be ~15 grams TOTAL in the ND palette. Obviously not 15g per shade. So each shade is around 1g.
