Thanks for the great content! Do you think having commercial food and product photography main page is understandable as for SEO or it’s too broad? I live in the middle of two large cities and I aim for few locations - do you think just choosing one big city is better?
I would consider both different niches, though related... The home page could definitely serve both, but I'd imagine you would do best to then have a key cornerstone content page for each one linked from the home page. Both can have the same format and layout, but serve the different audience. For GMB I think generally choosing the area that's around you and closest will work best. On your site you should focus on one city on the main page, and could potentially create a different landing for the other city.
@@connorwalbergSEO thank you very much! That totally makes sense. Im in the middle of Seattle and Bellingham which are two of the largest cities here but I could travel to do food to either one. As for food and product - I mostly shoot food, food packaging, wellness supplements and nutritional items, but sometimes I do products too. I aim to rank for “commercial photographer” and they typically do both. Would you think that’s understandable for Google and SEO purposes? Or commercial photographer is too broad?
This is gold dust to me! Thank you.
