I will never understand while builders but beautiful homes with small closets, small laundry rooms and small pantries. People with kids need a builder pantry.
I agree with you 100%. Perry almost always has small closets and small to medium rooms. I definitely think people are getting shortchanged when it comes to certain things these days.
Could I use a builder like Perry Homes to build a house on my own land? My family and I want to build a family compound with my mom, my grandma, and my brother 😊🙂
Great question!!! Perry homes is one of the few that don’t build on your own lot. However, David Weekley, Coventry Homes, Partners In Building, and Newmark Homes does! Hope this helps 🙏🏼

Nice home, I see a few wasted spaces, but it's a great design overall. I really like the extended patio in the back, that's a nice touch.
