The only thing I'd add is that when checking for signs of sepsis you should probably already be checking vital signs. Otherwise great video! Thanks!

Why is the audio echo not treated..?
Anyways I thought I had sepsis (I had past sepsis), vitals were ok, then after deciding to go to hospital had apparently two ALC episodes and after hospital workup everything was normal. I had symptoms for a week. Now it's time to request the records to find the truth.

Hi man, great videos, do you do any where you actually discuss treatments? For example you talk about shock but what about treatments?

I took keppra for years as a kid for headaches strictly. Always thought that was weird because I’ve never been at seizure risk or experienced one to our knowledge.

That's interesting Kane, medications do have uses but use Keppra is also used for the ladder.

Right when you walk in the room youll smell it and you’ll never forget that smell, weakness, fever and gradual confusion, can progress into sepsis if not treated. (Tachycardia 90 systolic, 100+ temp fever, Shallow rapid respiratory rate and bare responsive.)

As a second-degree Psychology major I have the following to say to every paramedic that has walked the earth in the past tense possessive superlative, is currently is walking the earth, or ever will walk the earth: For the love of God, quit fucking calling THIS mental gymnastic competition "Altered mental status"- which in psychology and psychiatry is the distinct affect of psychosis secondary to organic mental illness Vs what is really is he described in this video - which is correctly called A&O (alertness and orientation). Rather, by definition that which is labeled "mental status" includes assessment of impairment of the executive functioning. (e.g. delusions, paranoia, presence of negative schizophreniform symptoms outside the immediate context of schizophrenia, etc.) for which medications would be of clear benefit as an underlying principle in the modern practice of psychology and psychaitry. Simply put: you bastards will not steal the terminology. Go. Learn. Latin. !!!!

With a hostile attitude like that I sincerely hope you fail and do not become a psych.
Someone with your disposition causes harm. People that are suffering never need or deserve someone with an aggressive and judgmental attitude.
You should consider speaking to someone that has graduated.
Even if you are full of it and not a student.
