@@danahgaz Thank you so much for sharing. I was giving it a shot and couldn't get the examples to load to the boar. Got either A fatal error occurred: This chip is ESP32-S3 not ESP32. Wrong --chip argument? or 73 errors where GPIO definitions weren't available. I will have to look into it a lot more. I am still pretty new to all this so am thoroughly out of my depth but this for sure has been a big help already. thanks so much.
@@creaturefear3069 You're using the S3 version of the board. I have not written a driver for that one yet. I have that board, I just haven't gotten to it.

it's a port of an alpha blending test to e-paper. doesn't look too great in grayscale, but it is what it is.
