It at a forest preserve in the north suburbs of Chicago. These wonderful folks have all been friends since childhood/teenage years (me included) and have met up every Labor Day for years, until now. Sadly, there won’t be any more Neighborhood Picnics. 😢
This gathering is in NE Illinois, USA. We are long term friends, family and significant others originally from Maine Township in suburban Chicago area.
@@kookoothebirdgirl1 Haha.. I didn’t know that! I’m from southern West Virginia. Where I’m from “Ole boy” is a kind of term of endearment short for good ole boy. I wasn’t calling him old lol. Having said that the cover of Love Ain’t For Keeping was awesome. The harmonies during the solo were great too. The song just went really well with the style and sound of the band. The female vocals were a cool touch. This is coming from a crazy Who fan for the past 42 years.
John it ain’t easy finding Who tunes to cover but we have done a half dozen or so over the years. We appreciate the critiques and I hope you enjoy the others.
Great lead vocals!!
Very impressive version!👏👏👏
Good song to play ! Good vocalist and harmonies !
Very impressive! One of the most underrated songs in the history of rock
Underrated because it's so short, I think Pete could've stuck another verse or two in there
Indeed
