- Painting a Mandala in Watercolour for mindfulness and relaxation. This is a great watercolour exercise for practicing brush control and precision. I show you how to create an 8 pointed mandala, creating a framework using a pair of compasses and a ruler, followed by improvising a watercolour pattern to fill your page.
