    So, you’ve planned your iterations. Is sprint/iteration planing unnecessary or a formality ?

    • @fernandotrindade8644
      @fernandotrindade8644 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Are you asking?
      Each sprint is a dive. Plan the dive, dive the plan! Nevermind if you plan the liveaboard trip.. each dive needs a plan right? Same with sprints.

    At 1:11 ou say being present is going to build that social network blablaba and it is important, blablabla..: HOW did you managed to do this in pandemic times? Did you really found a decrease, a SIGNIFICANT decrease because people needed to do it remotely? Do you REALLY think that this social engagement cannot be done remotely? Did you ever heard of IRC? By the looks of you I think we share the same age... How can someone that lived in that era can say that there is a need for being present when we saw what happened when BBSs and newsgroupd turned onto internet relay chat? And there wasn't even video by then... and I had already TEAMS working remotely developing software for GAMES, which is extremely complicated.
    Glad the Covid happened... My mother died of it, and I rather not have it at all, but it had this positive outcome: Companies started thinking.

      He posted the video 4 years ago meaning before Covid. What are you talking about ? Nobody knew covid would hit. Be easy of this man please.
      Sorry for the loss of your loved ones.

      @@lalaheart76 I am not stating he created this during or after CoViD-19. I know he didn't. I mentioned CoViD-19 because this desease created a good example of how we can handle things remotely.
      But I mention IRC, BBSs, etc... I do not know if you were "alive and kicking" in those times, but I was and I think he was too.
      So, how can someone that lived those days say such a thing????
      Was he not aware of the huge anount of people socializing on those platforms and gathering IRL sometimes to that himan touch? And some could never do it in person but they were there remotely and were great colleagues and friends.
      He is wrong.
      Period.

      I know nothing about IRC etc...am a youngist 😂
      I do see now where you come from 😊. Thanks for your input.

      @@lalaheart76 yes, I know you're younger than me.
      But he isn't that younger and may even be older.
      That is why I do not understand his point of view reagrding that matter.
