I skipped out on swim practice (the swimming and diving team, not water polo) in Indy to visit my grandparents in Evansville and be in that movie. We waited in line all day, but we actually made the cut! We were in the stands, of course. My grandma was more game for waiting in line all day than my mom, and Grandma was older. I watched it in the movie theatre and multiple times on DVD. I fan-girl freaked out at seeing Madonna live, and for free. I almost lost my shit! BTW, we played water polo for fun in HS. I'm better at sprinting than treading water while playing hand soccer! Anyway, my husband and I binge-watched this new show yesterday and loved it. It was good to see Rosie O'Donnell again, too.
I liked her from the good place and is the main reason I decided to watch a league of their own which I love her even more I love the show and Greta and the relationships and everything abt it

The worst part of water polo wasn't the fingernails, it was the toenails. You're getting the skin of your legs shredded, in a relatively small pool with more sweat and urine in it than you'd like to imagine.
