No place for kids, even not for 1... Stairs are not too good for retired people too... Al that budget idea is not nice, normal family needs 100 - 150 m2 for comfortable life with 2-3 kids... This house is great for loner or like guest house for travel in some nice camping style village.
Beautiful home, perfect for my son with special needs living on his own. Just enough for him but not too much.
Very attractive design. My only observations are that I would not survive without a bathroom on the same floor as the bedroom, and there is a serious shortage of storage (i.e. no closet or dresser in the bedroom). I would put the full bath upstairs (including the cloths washer) and a simple toilet downstairs with the desk.

Especially with those stairs, I’d break my neck the first time I needed to use the toilet at night.
The beauty with the design is you have it built to your specifications. This is just an example
I'm always wondering that why the design never had space to hang the laundry is it that you guys all use the dryer?
@@crazywolf9715 At least in America, it is typical that we use a cloths drier. Hanging cloths to dry is not foreign to us, but usually only occurs in areas with good weather.

I love your ideas! And even if I'm not a fan of multi-story houses, I think you've solved it wonderfully again. Sleeping, cooking, cooling, toilet, showering, washing clothes, a bit of storage .. as always, almost everything is considered. Heating (depending on the area) can be designed individually. Only one thing: flat roof and no rain gutter .. Only works where it never rains ;-) Best regards!

Add a water capture system, solar & high end compostable toilet & you're golden AND off-grid (except for wifi/internet)
@@tooshay7396 yup solar will be great as now the generation is moving towards renewable energy and environmental friendly energy ...This is one of the criteria for me when I am looking for a tiny house .

Very nice and simple.
It's pretty fantastic. Only constructive criticism is why not have a small laundry basin in bathroom so one can wash/soak those larger items such as blankets. Other than that it's Purrfect!🙏❤️

@@brentdobson6909 Well if you tumble down the ladder during a late night pee break that cancels your idea rather quickly. :-)
Not bad.
But my objection to this ideea is the lack of storage ( near the entrance ) for shoes,clothes or umbrellas.
Do naked people live here? With the exception of the office/study area, there isn't any storage for clothes, shoes coats etc.
Simplicity is the way to live - these days!

Where’s the hot water heater, furnace, air conditioner. Nice if you live in a temperate climate. Great concept .
I love your design but it looks bigger than it would be. Only flushing toilet and washbowl are on second floor instead of working area. Working area is moved to be at the corner beside the bed. Is it possible to be like this? Straight stairlift is used for old age.
Could have done better with a spiral staircase, probably could gain a little more floor space.

Interesting, but I need toilets near me and I prefer staircase to ladder. But I understand since it's small space, there's a limitation of you could do.

i've seen "shipping container" houses, houses made out sheds, houses on wheels, prefabricated houses that unfold and about every small house configuration imaginable. even with lofts and two bedrooms. and guess what? i STILL can't afford it. there's no one i can talk to, to get info on any of it. there's no local "small house" adviser or store i can go to.
75 aq feet is all i need. its about the size of my present apt. from prices averaging around 15k, i have the money to buy one RIGHT NOW! but all the extra, hidden costs brings that up to about 75k OR MORE! so, i'd love to buy one of these houses. but as with all capitalism, i'm NOT ALLOWED! go figure!

You need to design into your simulation the fact that you will NOT be moving a king sized bed through a closet door.
This small home and many others that are designed and proposed never seem to be marketed in any way that makes them affordable, practical and therefore rarely get constructed.
