I have such incredible respect for Sat divers!! This job is damn near impossible but these amazing men do such brilliant and courageous work under water. Impressive! 🔥
What was the depth? I suppose the divers and the shark must all have been surprised by this encounter. I'm impressed with the diver's breathing control, you can feel the tension building up, but overall he stays in control and doesn't freak out too much. I'm impress to be honest. The radio operator on the boat sounds more in stress haha
Hammerheads are so gorgeous. Curious, assertive, but not much of a threat to people. I'd be more worried about it biting a cable or getting tangled in something than an actual attack. (there has never been a fatal hammerhead attack on humans)
First things first. That is one hell of a scary and virtually helpless situation. Im happy the guy made it out alive. Now that's been adressed, it's an amusing juxtoposition to see a sat diver to turn caveman and fend off a shark at the bottom of the ocean.
He actually was. It was clear that shark was not in his best mood, normally they are much calmer and keep around 2m distance. This shark was looking for a fight, thats for sure.
Poor fella. It's so hard to sound tough with lungs full of helium.
Ahahha😂
the helium voice really adds insult to injury
That Hammerhead was big enough and pretty determined. Another reason Commercial Divers earn every cent.
i will never complain about flies in my house ever again

Yeah , that’s gonna be a big hell no for a career diving .
The most bizarre job ever xD
Seems like that hammerhead's not very fond of democracy
That must be terrefying down there. Do you get any training on how to deal with those situations? And also massive respect to all divers ❤
As a gormer hyberic welder and saturation diver ...hell no...the best you can do is watch yout hoses and lines with them.
I didnt know Alvin became a sat diver
That helium oxygen mix will do that.
Remember, this is all so that you can drive your car and Oil companies can make trillions.
well that was intense.
How long were you diving before you did sat? And did you do offshore work first?

Diver #2 sounds like a chipmunk on helium...
they all sound like that
Yes sir, It’s a helium mix

god bless
Work with careful
OK I here it now
How come there voices are not high pitch from the helium
Can be from helium and also from the presure as the presure at more then 25m starts to compress your vocal cords
Dat voice do be high tho
Hammerheads are not known to attack people that’s pretty weird
Yes they are
@@milandavidovic4499 where did you hear that
@@bobsagetbillboard1876 Few attacks have been recorded.
Recorded in 2021 with a camera from 1995.
Camer is fine, vis is zero
It’s fucking 100+ meters underwater man. For you to be able to see any colour they have to reduce the frames.
@@bde1103 It's just a joke man.
Classic aussies
I can’t tell if the shark was trying to attack/ bite him or was just curious about his presence. They don’t always bite humans.
He actually was. It was clear that shark was not in his best mood, normally they are much calmer and keep around 2m distance. This shark was looking for a fight, thats for sure.
SHARK: " I don't usually bite humans, but boy when I do...."
Body language looks tense and territorial. Back and forth dipping like that means they're looking for an in. Truly a worst case scenario.
