@ Alexia ... how does a very strong Christian couple who took vows to stay till death do them part all of a sudden in old age decide to divorce because they want to experience “new love”? If you are Christian and understand that her parents are or were hardcore Christians ( which is why they raised them the way they did and they turned out the way they did as well) , then you know that reason you said you were told doesn’t make sense but it is what it is. I was shocked, sad and heart broken when Tamera said it but I can’t cry more than the bereaved 😀. I believe in the institution of Christian marriage and when people you believe in fall apart, you begin to wonder but hey... my parents celebrated 50 yrs wedding anniversary in June, my parents in law celebrated 50 yrs wedding anniversary just 2 days ago Aug 9th! That still gives me hope. By November 2019, my husband and I will celebrate 12 yrs of our marriage and we have been in love for 17 yrs. With God, all things are possible.

I visited Napa this past weekend and one of the places I just HAD to visit was your tasting room. As soon as I walked in the energy was so “warm” and homey✨💛 It was as if I was walking into one of my family members living room! “Mi casa es su casa” is definitely the vibe this place feels like! The first person I noticed was your dad working the counter and let me tell you, that man was on fire🔥🔥He was striking up conversations from left to right, welcoming people, pouring wine, cleaning tables, and all with a huge smile on his face! He honestly was the sweetest man (he knew I was a big fan and that I wanted to meet Tamera and he whispered to me to stick around because Tamera was going to be coming in a little later😅💛) I got to meet her and took pictures (thank you for that!) 😭😭😭😍😍😍💛 what a beautiful and sweet soul you are Tamera!! Soo happy I got the chance to experience your tasting room first hand! EVERYTHING about this place is truly amazing , and the fact that you all work together as a family is a beautiful thing💛

Be careful. He may be a tad bit narcissistic and insecure- one thing I notice about him is feeling the need to credit himself as if he is lost. Although very light, he has a warn undertone. It seems as if you are just trying to completely wash their African heritage away. Sadly, you don't realize the impact of African DNA on many people of color around the world. You seem to view blacks as being one dimensional. Africa is the land where it all began. I'm not tearing up, no I'm not! I absolutely LOVE that despite the circumstances you guys decided to still go forward with your dream and have Alaina still be apart of your dream. One day I plan to visit Napa and your tasting room will be one of the first places I decide to go to.

But this isn't the first time that you have owned a business. You owned one with your sister. I was so excited for you both. It took the death of my son in 2002 to realize that life is short and to live my life as well as be a mother and take care of home. To learn a balance and to not forget who I was. I started dancing again. Became a professional belly dancer and instructor. Started teaching salsa again and got my yoga teacher certificate. I still bad days and sad days around his birthday which is 12/26 and the day he passed which is 6/28. So those days and months are sometimes hard and sometimes when I tell his/my story I get really sad. It will always be, one day at a time.
