Have a look at all the $5 meter leads on eBay - the ones you have there with that clamp are of the same pedigree. They look a bit like fluke leads, they work, and there are lots of variations on the same mouldings, but they are all pretty much the same. I would expect an expensive industrial meter to come with something - well - something other than a cheap copy of some fluke leads.

So it can do DC I rush as well as AC Inrush ?
HT has a smaller sibling HT4022 that does power and energy.
