This woman brought medical supplies to Gh: bed frames, mattresses, orthopedic stuff, etc. She sealed the container and placed it right in front of the hospital she intended to donate to, just to entice people to vote for her. They didn't. She then opened the container, picked the stuff, and left. There was a video on it. I keep looking for it, but can't find it. Some 10 years ago maybe.
