"Dance Moms" follows Abby Lee Miller and the nation's favorite tween dancers as they take on Hollywood while new auditions, new competitions, and new studios raise the stakes.
The road has not been easy for “Dance Mom’s” star Abby Lee Miller. After completing her prison sentence last year, the famed dance instructor was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. But if anything, Abby has proven she is a fighter and is not ready to hang up the dance shoes. The new season of Dance Moms follows Abby as she rebuilds her dance company while battling the after-effects of cancer that has left her confined to a wheelchair. Abby is ready to get back to her life and do what she loves most…teaching students to dance! Asia was raised with confidence and support. Mackenzie was raised seeing anxiety attacks form the other girls and being compared to her sister Maddie as if she was lesser. It’s really no wonder she seemed so intimidated by Asia and acted the way she did.
Asia actually barely had a childhood either and grew up not being able to be with her family, she barely knew her dad and her dad and mom weren't even divorced. she had some insane pressure on her

No no no don’t try that Asia had it much more hard then Mackenzie. Her mom was so controlling of her and she never got a break not to mention people leaving there opinions saying that they like Mackenzie better.

I mean, Asia perfected the techniques and was or is a great performer, she has stage presences. That's why she won. However, when you go to a dance competition, don't do lip sync. You came as a dancer, you're supposed to express everything through your body, your movements. Mastering your facial expressions, giving an attitude
Asia is so underrated. She won all her solos she was given..

actually, I think Abby was banking on the cuteness factor to carry Kenzie into 1st. I honestly think she made Asia look too grown for her age and their division. I think she was kinda hoping the judges would feel the same. She always set Maddie & Kenzie up to win

Asia is an incredible dancer.She never went out of her way to bother anybody and her mom never did any of that either.She never cried or whine about anything.She always made the most of her dances.Although she never got a childhood from her parents which was cruel.
Even the judges at the end of Asia’s solo looked pleased with her performance
Mackenzie and Asia were both incredible dancers. They each had thier own style and they both slayed the dancefloor no lie!! 👏💗

I remember this back when my youngest was watching the show and I noticed that as well.

It’s all Mackenzie did and when she was given more mature solos she lost or forgot the dance mid performance. So she’s doing the same thing she’s been doing since she was 5 it’s what she’s good at, Just like Maddie they both are given the same old thing all the time. So is Brooke.

In my opinion I liked Mackenzie was better than Asia because while Asia had great energy and sass, I feel Mackenzie improved more and had better technique.
I also think Mackenzie should've been given more lyrical solos that were more serious, because I feel like as she got older it set her back.

Its not fair to compare Asia with Mackenzie, they both have very different styles of dance. Mackenzie's is very sweet and charismatic, while Asia's style is precise, sharp, and intimidating.

I honestly felt so bad for Mackenzie, because she was literally never allowed to be herself. First she was compared to Maddie, and then Aisa. It wasn’t fair at all, and so sad to watch. Poor baby. She still did such an amazing job being Mackenzie though, and worked so hard. 😘✨ Sweet girl. ❤️💛
Honestly the sas and the craziness was cute when Asia’s was little but as she grew up it became obvious that was really the only dance style she was really comfortable with .
