Glad I came across your video i have been frustrated with my grass for years too after researching I came across Jonathan Green & last year on Thanksgiving Day morning i raked & applied the Fall Magic with the idea of letting the grass seeds sit all winter & the snow would help to water them & I am very pleased I noticed a few days ago how much better my grass looks I definitely want to try other products by Jonathan Green I'll be purchasing the Ultra this week.
I love JG. Overseeded with it a few years in a row, and that is the only grass that stays green when the weather is hot and dry, and is very green when watered and fertilized properly
How is it looking today. My back yard looked worse than that. i did what u did last fall. i also dethatched. i used the same seed, and mine is super thick. Did you do a ph test? Mine was very low. i raised it with JG mag-cal. Now i fertizle every month.

Great information! Did the tall fescue grow in clumps?
Do you think it germinated mainly because of the aeration?

You have to elevate the tines, and lean machine back, turn machine, then drop tines
Don’t ever just try and turn it when tines are down

Too many weeds. You need Tenacity or Mesotrione which should be used at seeding
