AG1 was caught up in a scandal recently. They tested the product and it was was false claims of what was in it. You can research it online. This is why they changed the name from Athletic Greens to AG1. No big concern of mine, I just seen a video on it. I enjoy your channel. Stay safe out there. World is crazy for sure.

Awww Emi i am sorry you had to go through that. I understand the feeling of being followed too well😢. When you mentioned that Kelly had been riding in the front of the van when she usually doesn't, could have been her sensing something. She was trying to stay closer to you to sort of "warn" you. Animals are amazing at sensing danger. Stay safe and strong. We all have to be ready for anything because times are DEFINITELY changing. We can't control the future but we can make sure to be ready to protect ourselves 😊. Carry pepper spray etc. Strength training is also good and learning the basics of self defense is ALWAYS a good idea!

The charges for bear spray is crazy. Don't use that. That's why they make u register the bottle u buy at ctire. It's for bears only can blind ppl. Go to a cop n ask for pepper spray it's way different even that's iffy. I know I know I agree but there's a law n I don't wanna see her charged for protecting herself. I bern thru it verbally n I had no idea either. But a cop once gave me a small pink bottle he gave to women. He's retired now but still have it n it srays crazy too. I'm not sure if u can order pepper spray. In a van I'd carry it anyways n take my chances. But so u are aware it holds a charge using it on humans. I would just say I thought was a bear. Lol wow times hae changed tho. Be safe chick ❤️

There are so many wonderful things about Edmonton. Every city has its negative points. Because of the cultural diversities in Edmonton you have really great shops or restaurants. It may take time to find these. There is this wonderful Mediterranean bakery on the Northside that makes sandwiches, sells olives, olive oil and canned foods. There are wonderful u pick farms not too far away such as berry farms or honey farms. Farms near Spruce Grove or stony plain. You can go north or west to find these farms.

When my husband worked in Edmonton about 15 years ago I flew out to spend time with him. I don't like big cities much either especially the traffic and large crowds. However, I did enjoy that incredible mall which at the time had maps available so people wouldn't get lost in the store.
I also visited the Science Center but my favorite thing was the Multicultural Festival. The one thing I really disliked was how rude many people were. One person accidentally rammed their grocery cart into my heel which left it bleeding as a chunk of skin was torn away and despite my " ouch! " reaction and using a tissue to stop the bleeding from making a mess they never even apologized for hitting me. After having visited Edmonton for a month, I came away feeling the city had the some of the rudest people in the country and I have traveled coast to coast several times. They almost seemed uncanadian in my eyes.

I've never been to Edmonton so kinda fun to see it through you but I dislike city life too. Glad you managed to lose those guys. Hope you are okay now. Very unnerving. Hugs to you and Miss Kitty !

I’m so glad that you’re safe. And it’s good that you’re in such a better place mentally now, too. 💪 ❤️

Kelly sensed your emotions so stayed up front and close to you.
Glad you followed your instincts with those two fellows. If you got their pics you can always share with police and ask if they’ve had robberies in the area.
I have a dog who likes most everyone but just recently she smacked the back leg of an “overly friendly man” and then layed right at my feet watching him. Our fur families are good judges of people and emotions.

Glad you got away, I don't blame you feeling uneasy. I would have felt the same. Its not your home area anymore. I can handle busy cities for so long then its time to get out.

I'm glad you're ok. It's getting dangerous out there for women. Please stay safe 🙏🏿 .

Live by this principle my grandfather taught me, “everybody is SOB until they prove differently.” Run away from danger and fight like hell if you can’t get away.

Yeah,it’s to bad but downtown Edmonton has gotten a bit sketchy. I was downtown in the daytime recently and did not feel very safe.
