@@kamisama9970its kinda hard to tell. Some of the clips are very suspect(tracking through walls) but other times you can tell where the game sense comes in.
@NotGahruvey I mean he could be cheating but it's definitely not clear enough to ban off of. Blizzard does pretty much automate bans, heck one of necros's accounts just got banned.
I wouldn't be suprised if a full lobby report (or 2 since he was just in a game with twofish) got him autobanned.
Problem is there's no real way to do anything about it if you get false banned if you're not a streamer. I'm pretty sure if Jay3 made a smurf and started playing it offline he could get it banned for hacking. Especially if he was typing in chat to piss people off.

Yeah I single framed the 2nd half of that lucio jump with the ./, keys, and it was super obvious how that lucio was getting hard locked. Jay3 just barely missed it.
This is an example of a good player using soft cheats. Nothing crazy obvious but definitely some suspicious things.

Apparently he might have been using some sort of silent aim or trigger bot aswell. At 15:39 he switches back and forth between Widow and Sigma. He tries to get the Widow but when is "out of screen" because she was behind the rock, the cheat immediately goes to Sigma, who was closer and visible, but he tries to go back to Widow.
This one is kinda tricky. In almost every instance, I was able to hear whoever it was before he held an angle on a corner. Either this guy is super aware or it really is walls. The main thing I'm sus about it is those hard flicks (+ smooth tracking), It's hard to believe that people can react so fast. So I'm calling hacks.
flicks is what widow is all about tho. if u main widow, especially in this rank, these flicks are kinda normal
No way you think he's legit. He goes from good aim but nothing special round 1 to frame perfect hard locking round 2. We've all seen pro players and he tracks better than they do, and it isn't even close

I thought so too but he body shot the tracer few seconds earlier so you COULD argue that he reacted to health bar popping up. But yeah I'm convinced he's cheating as his playstyle is REALLY weird and something just doesn't match.

The shot on the Lucio at about 10:05 to 10:07 was either very good tracking or something sussy. Like a slight snap and lock. Do frame by frame. Seemed weird.

Said he was quitting because every account he plays on gets banned right away now but I guess hes back trying to get around it and continue to cheat.

Someone being hardware banned doesn't mean they cheat. People have been hardware banned simply for being toxic in the past. The problem is, Blizzard has lost all credibility when it comes to bans. Nobody knows what the actual anti-cheat bans are, and what are cheating bans just triggered from mass cheating reports. At least with VAC we know it's the anti-cheat, and not the players having any influence whatsoever on the ban.

The Widow I would have said looked fine until he watched Tracer through the walls to pre aim at her. That’s when they made their last mistake
No this is top elf, this guy makes the perfect reads on everyone’s positioning at all time. He doesn’t get caught out and positions himself for maximum kills, without making mistakes. Cheats are the only way to explain this in my mind.

He got banned while KarQ and Flats were live on Twitch. Flats did a vid on the Widow, and you could clearly see their BattleNet say they were banned from OW2.

At the 9:25 mark, you can tell easily that they are cheating if you slow it down. Aims at the Tracer instantly even though they are crouching and hidden until the last second. Also something Jay3 might be missing is that there are player progression levels now that you can see at the end of matches. Not sure if you can see them if the profile is private though.

For anyone doubting if he is cheating, go watch the Flats video that Jay watched. At the end, there is a clip from one of this dude's VODs. He literally says he is cheating and that he didn't care about bans because he has two other accounts. And it ends showing him being banned live mid-stream.

It’s the locks on tracer blinks that gave the widow away
IP bans are stupid because people can play on the same LAN or subnet as a cheater and become collateral. IP bans are pretty much ineffective because once you get rid of your current gateway IP and get a new one (which can be as easy as a calling your ISP and faking an internet issue), you're ready to go again. MAC/hardware bans, however, are much more effective since you'll pretty much have to buy new hardware (or go through the process of rewriting shit manually which many people doesn't know how to do).
TL;DR: HW bans = good; IP bans = bad.

Wasn't sure if this was the same guy as Flats' video as I recalled him and KarQ in a match with a similar name trying to plug a Hello Fresh account or something when Flats and KarQ were on Defense. Then you showed the clip and, yep, same guy.
According to Flats' video, him and KarQ were playing against him and he was accused of cheating. Think he was teamed with one of the supports. They first decided to draw, but someone on the other side decided to push the win. They reviewed the replay and Flats decided he was and reported him. He (widow) headshots a Cassady and then does it again a few seconds later immediately when the immortality drops after the Mercy rezzed him. A split second frame shot. Usually, that's where those videos end, but evidently, KarQ had some more footage from a day or two later. Not only did Q CATCH him being banned while livestreaming, but also making the comment about how he had two more accounts, this wasn't his first time being banned, and if this one was banned, he'd make another one, yada, yada, yada.
Since he's back, it's another account. Blizzard really needs to not just ban accounts, but IPs since so many cheaters are simply making another account after being banned.
He literally tracks some peoples heads when they're behind walls and they don't have any skills giving visiblity. Also pre-fires sometimes when people don't actually come out from behind the wall and he shouldn't know they're there.

When we say predictable motion we're referring to a bap jumping and you holding your crosshair where you know his head will cross, or you playing soldier and smooth tracking his body from distance, not you playing widow and tracking without a millisecond of time off target on a Lucio's head.

tracking is something that every top dps/flex supp player can do; pretty much every player for the team i coach can do that and on top of that he missed lol

Someone else made a video on this guy too! Honestly its hard for me personally to tell if he's cheating or not, there are instances where its looked like he's maybe seen people through walls but honestly I cant be 100% sure which is so weird.
Considering that OW2 is Free to Play, I'm not even surprised at the amount of cheaters
It hasn't changed a whole lot. Overwatch has constantly had a host of cheaters even during its $60 phase

sometimes you take off the gold gun though. especially for certain skins that look better without. i've done it plenty. that's not proof of much. account level would be much better but blizzard decided to get rid of that
