You are more than capable to non-lethally neutralise them, but choose to kill them mercilessly, that's not the same as a human soldier killing an enemy mid-battle.
It's both kind of admirable and downright cruel that the Viltrumites do this. Can someone answer what makes this is a prison that can hold Viltrimites? Is Omniman still not strong enough to break out or are those walls made of something too durable for him?
It's not the actual prison, but the fact there are multiple Viltrumites on the ship. Nolan is strong enough to kill every single Viltrumite there, including Kregg, on a fair one-on-one, but they overwhelm him with numbers.
